This place is very clean, well-maintained, peaceful, visually pleasing, and conveniently located (right next to Fred Meyer, restaurants, and parks). The units are spacious, well-applianced, and also very clean. I have enjoyed living here and am very surprised by the negative reviews.
I have not experienced anything like what others have complained about, and it seems to me that only granting the complex one star is very misleading because it implies that this must be one of the worst places to live, which is nonsense. I cannot imagine many apartments in Sumner being better than this one. Whenever

I have lived here for about a year and a half, and I have been very happy with this complex.
Teresita is a very friendly and helpful manager and always responds in a timely manner. Maintenance requests are fulfilled promptly and professionally.
The apartment itself is very new, stylish, and clean.
The only reason I did not give this complex 5 stars is because the dumpsters are a bit small and the dumpster area is usually overflowing and flooded with water. Can be bit nasty when disposing of your garbage. I also take issue with the fact that tenants are not allowed to store bicycles on their

Great, well kept apartments! Teresita was always extremely helpful and friendly. Maintenance requests were always answered in a speedy manner. We loved the view of Mount Rainier from the apartment. I will say we were on top floor and could still hear neighbors at times, but that is expected in apartment living. We spent one year here through the pandemic and can say it was so fun! Bummer that we couldn’t utilize the gym or grills as much, but that is no fault of the Main but Covid-19.

I've lived at The Main for a year and recently moved out. But all I can say is the staff was always helpful when I need assistance in any matter, it's a beautiful complex with great units. The only problem I had was COVID hitting and the amenities closing down, which is no fault of the main. They took care of me while I was there and had zero problems with them.

Love living at “The Main”! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We’ve had a few small maintenance items that were handled within 24 hours of reporting. Very well kept facility and well monitored. This is a new and upscale complex and is our home so we appreciate management holding residents responsible for maintaining the common space and individual units. Plenty of great amenities and we’re looking forward to the summer bbq season. Super convenient location!
