Beware of them keeping your deposits... they kept mine saying I had a huge stain in my carpet but I took pictures of all the rooms after I had the carpets cleaned before I moved and there weren't any stains!! Currently working with the BBB, Pierce County Landlord Tenant Dispute people and my attorney! These people, Patricia Anderson from their main office, wont even return my calls. I have all the pictures to prove they scammed me out of my money! Be very careful!!

I absolutely love living here! We had the option of getting air conditioning installed in our home and it was a no brainer! I would recommend the townhomes to anyone looking to rent but who wants the feeling of living in a home rather than apartment. The community is so quiet and we feel peaceful and at ease here. 👍👍👍👍👍
