Update: new management. She seems eager to get this complex back in shape! Has been towing cars, really wanting to get to know her residents and their needs, as well as taking it into her own hands to enforce their lease policies. If improvements continue this will be a much nicer place to live! Definitely improved since changing management. (Was 1 star now 4)
Personally would not recommend living here. Been here since July. Since then we have had air let out of our tires, the management refusing to adhere to their lease, refusing to accommodate me being handicapped yet they let other residents

Ask for June. She was amazing we haven't 100% decided on leasing with River Trails yet but, June would be a huge reason why if we do. Very attentive, informative, and super friendly! Now, June is not the only one there that was awesome the manager and her coworkers were wonderful as well and answered every question we had! Staff is amazing so far!

June was helpful since the day I called looking for an apartment She’s was very professional, welcoming and she answered my questions down to the tee. The effort she put in to speed up my application for our short notice moved-in date just amazed me! So far my kids and I are loving our new apartment! Thank you River Trail Team especially to June for a great experience!

We toured with Paul today at River Trail and he was very friendly and professional! We had an appointment and while Paul had multiple people come in at that time, he made sure to prioritize us for the tour at our scheduled time while still making sure to take care of everyone else. The apartments are renovated and so spacious. The main entrance and units are further back off of the main road and the surrounding area of the property is mostly quiet. While touring different properties, this was the most positive experience we had. Paul answered every question we had and you can tell he’s invested

I’ve lived here for 2.5 years now, and have no complaints. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. I had some problems with my dishwasher, and it ended up getting replaced. One of the ladies from the front office called a few days later to make sure that everything was working properly and to see if I needed anything else. It’s nice to live in a complex that seems to genuinely care about their residents experience.

June is my favorite at this place, she helps us when we needed help. I rate this place 5 stars because it has everything I need, alot of space and storage to put my extra needs. If you in need of a cozy home, please see them they will always put a smile on your face when you were having a bad day. They will also help you answer any question. All the staff are good people, they greet us with a big smile. Have a blessed day!
