Avanti Apartments

This place does not respond to maintenance requests, I have been locked in my apartment in ways outside of my control twice now. Unresponsive building management, the only positive about this place at all is price

If you like dogs then that the place for you don't have a place for them to do there business so the neighborhood has to deal with that unsanitary don't Like it no consideration for other

The short:
Do NOT rent from Avanti/Paragon Rentals. Its worth $150+ more per month to live anywhere else.
1. The Avanti property has cockroaches and mice. 2. Management is disorganized, inept and does not communicate. 3. The water gets shut off 1-2 time per week. I had grey water backing up into my apartment for three days before they did anything about it.
The Long:
1. German cockroach infestation. Granted, they try and control it ( by threatening to charge you $150 + the next spray fee). In the 10 months I lived here they were unable to control the infestation. Just shift if from one apartment

The apartments are newly remodeled with new gray hardwood floors. The community is great with very friendly neighbors and amazing staff that is very patient and understanding.

What a dump. I was a renter here for 5 years and the owner was slum. They have bed bugs, roaches and mice. I didn't think I was going to be stuck there for that many years but I finally got outta there.

Bed bugs, mice, roaches, terrible management... the list goes on. This place is an absolute dump, don't let them trick you into thinking they care.
The only saving grace is maintenance which genuinely tries to help, still not worth it.

Decent cost for rent. Maintenance is a mother problem. Stove was defective. Replaced it with another defective unit. 2 weeks and still not fixed. They spray for pest monthly, but do not have the proper equipment for more serious pest

Great place to live if you want bedbugs roaches and mice running all over your "home" & if you want a slum Lord named Alyn! Also if you want a eviction on your record for not meeting alyns "standards" HE REFUSES to fix the infestation around. Only good people around was Ivan (maitnense) very nice & only one who seemed to care about any Problems you relayed !

Avanti Apartments is under new management. They are doing such a great job! Everything has been updated, remodeled, fixed and the pest problem is gone. Super fun to live here. The community is full of great people. Fabulous place to live.

Do not rent from this property. These apartments are hideous. management has tried to cosmetically upgrade with sub par remodeling. They are full of bedbugs, maintenance is non existent and the tenants are something out of a bad prison movie. The manager is drunk 90% of the time and you can plan on your rent going up consistantly for rent that is already way above what these units are worth. They are also extremely small and cramped with no insulation. Don't just walk, RUN from here!!
