THE LAKE SHORE ASSISTED LIVING RESIDENCE is a senior living option for older adults who would like to live independently but may require extra assistance with activities of daily life, such as bathing, dressing, medication, and transportation. AT THE LAKE SHORE, we understand the importance of the daily interactions that allow our staff to build relationships with each and every one of our residents and their families.
The Lake Shore offers a variety of services and recreational activities designed to make each resident's day comfortable and enjoyable. Make yourself at home in one of our tastefully decorated, private or semi-private rooms of your choice. Each spacious room comes fully furnished with a solid wood bed, dresser, large dressing mirror, writing desk, small table and chair.

I and my family would like very much to thank all of you for making Mom feel that this was truly her home and her family and friends. Whenever we would pick her up for a day she would keep watching her watch telling us her piano player or her singer ( they all belonged to her) was on their way so she needed to get home by a certain time.
Assisted Living is a choice for people of senior age to live independently while receiving assistance with their daily activities and needs. These "everyday tasks" can be any number of things. Some elderly people may only need help with difficult tasks while others may have health problems that require twenty-four hour assistance from a nurse or caretaker.

We’ve been very happy with the lake shore. This was a hard year but they did a great job with covid. My mom has been safe and now things are opening up. We know she’s in good hands, she’s happy and always busy. The recreation staff is amazing. She has her friends, the staff all know her and she loves the lake. It’s a great little community.

If you care at all about your loved one DO NOT put them in this facility!!! This place is a nightmare, it was my nightmare! This place is like a senior citizen high school. Only the strong survive here. They told me if my loved one missed a single meal, they would notify me. My loved one went in this facility healthy for her age and pretty much left on her death bed. She was sent to the hospital with a huge brain tumor after many days left bedridden and covered in her own feces for days. They told her roommate not to go to her room. Whoever you put in there has no rights!! This place wasn’t held

I felt like I had to leave a review after our experience with the Lake Shore during this trying time. Our experience has been NOTHING like that bad review - which strikes me as just a disgruntled person given our experience. The administrators and staff here truly are heros. While we were sheltered in our homes, we saw how they acted early to keep everyone safe, and amazingly kept COVID out of the facility. We are so grateful to them for keeping the residents’ spirits up with new activities and for keeping the families connected. I couldn’t image a better place for our loved one during this

My Mother in law is in a caring, loving, and safe environment. Every person that works there goes out of their way to reach out to her. She is busy and not alone anymore. She goes on sight seeing trips, to plays, movies, museums, gets her hair and nails done weekly. The recreation director is genuine and caring and really makes a difference in her day! It was very difficult to make the decision to have her live there, but we are glad we did. She is with her peers and feels connected. We are very grateful to Lake shore!

Christine a very nasty administrator threatened to throw my father out for feeding the geese 1 time. My father also had a very nasty roommate that wouldn’t let him use the bathroom & cursed at him. They were oblivious to this until I stepped in & insisted he be moved. Also took a awhile til his tv was set up properly. The rule of not feeding the geese was never brought to my attention or my father’s when he moved in. All they cared about was getting their money. If it’s such an issue they need to hire grounds keepers to keep the premises clean. They also need to be nicer to the geese instead

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY! After I busted my tail to fly to NY and put my mom in this facility, AFTER I made up a beautiful room for her to make her feel at home, AFTER contracts were signed, money was paid and my mom was in for 2 full days they informed me she would not be allowed her car which she still drives. Then they lied to her and said they would re assess her in a week or 2 to decide if she could have her car but told me they would placate her with that story. They also advertise swimming and fishing in their polluted lake. They will cook your polluted catch. My mom is lactose intolerant

Lakeshore Assisted Living Residence provides seniors with additional support while still fostering an active lifestyle. This facility offers quite a lot of activities and is also well maintained. Lakeshore provides superior medical service and quality care in a clean and pleasant environment. My grandmother was very happy at The Lakeshore Assisted Living Residence. The care she received daily was top notch. She formed so many relationships with the other residents as well as the employees. She enjoyed the activities especially the parties and musical entertainment as it brought back many fond memories of her past. She loved the monthly special dinners.

Just wanted to take a moment to recommend Lake Shore Assisted Living Residence. My grandmother was a resident here for almost five years. The staff is wonderful they were very attentive to her needs, they were kind and compassionate. There were so many fun and exciting trips and activities and great parties too. She made a lot of friends at the activities
