OMG, one star is too much! Where do I start?All they care about is money!! Management did not care about any complaints I had. These apartments are terrible! Apartment 1100 was badly infested with roaches, they were rats, needed a new toilet, leaks were in every room, there was mold & mildew. They smell old & musty. The doors did not fit the frames. There is a rat painted over on the wall between the kitchen & laundry room. I told the manager Wendy & assistant manager Kimberly and they couldn’t have cared less! Both told me they would send maintenance to take care of the rat, never happened.

I have been living here since 2005 and I really love the community. They're nice spacious apartment and are located in an area where there's always stuff to do. It's also very nice school district if you want to make sure that your kids are in a good school. The management is really nice and holds events for the residence and it really makes us feel special

So looked around for affordable living. I brought a situation up to young lady I believe Romina and she took care of it. Sometimes all you need is great service and hopefully she with company until my lease ends.

I can't believe it I got my first apartment and the process was ok but the communication with Ms. Romina is great, she call me and email me with the status of my application. I being here 2 month and no problem thank you again Romina for helping me get my first apartment. I LOVE IT !!

My living room was recently flooded due to a neighboring apartment washer issue. The Stafford Run office and maintenance crew addressed this issue in a very timely manner and the job was immaculate. I have lived at this address for over 20 years and recommend the complex highly!

I had the best experience getting set up here Tracee is the greatest good sense of humor and very helpful!!!! The office was nice and clean and I felt very safe as everyone had masked on! Great place to live! Five stars from me!!!

I've been living here for some months now and I really like how quiet it is. Maintenance has been quick on getting things fixed in my apartment and the office people are very nice and friendly. Property is always clean and so far i haven't had any pest issues. I read the other reviews but the property is not like that at all.

I have been here since 2005 and I've never had any problems the staff is really friendly and it's a really quiet area to raise a family in they also have a pretty good range of school districts to choose from .

I lived in Stafford Run Apartments twice for several years each time! I do NOT recommend Stafford Run to ANYONE! Melissa, the manager was "fair"--she followed the rules and guidelines and tried to accommodate. I moved to Stafford Run TWICE out of OBLIGATION--I had no other place to go. Everything (appliances & amenities) were outdated. The first time I planned on moving out, I changed my mind about moving "before" move-out date--they told me that my unit had already been leased out! It left my son and me homeless! Nonetheless, we ended up moving back to these apartments
