Office staff very unprofessional an rude they need new management they never know what's going on an if you don't speak Spanish they don't like you they sit in the office all day an do nothing don't move here it's not worth it

Waterstone is a beautiful place to stay I been living here for a while and I absolutely love it. Ms Linda is amazing she helped me with everything. It’s very kid friendly. If your looking for a nice place to stay I would recommend Waterstone.

I am very impressed with the management and service staff. The maintenance crew are the BEST service team I have ever experienced anywhere. They are prompt, very friendly and focused on getting the job done as quickly as possible. Always ready to serve your apartment needs. The property is well kept. I can't say enough good things about this team.

What caught my attention was how clean the community is! But what makes me the most content is their great customer service in the office, Jazmin is such an amazing person at heart. She’s very considerate & i just love how she provided me with collectable information & gave all her attention to my presence. Very attentive!

I've lived here for 4 years now and I love it! It's close to major highways and shopping. The community is quite for the most part and no one bothers you. The staff is friendly and they fix things in a timely manner. As of now, we will continue to call this home.
