I began renting here as my first apartment . It was wonderful in the begining, no crime, no loud/rude neighbors. However, at the end of 2020, various break-ins to dozens of vehicles have occured. The response from management was undoubtebly slow and passive. We finally have security, but I am moving elsewhere. There are no visible cameras beyond the gates.
Parking is quite limited, and although I am a resident, I have been towed off and was left with no choice but to purchase a covered space. There are no reserved spaces. I had to park very far when I came in late at night from a gathering. I

I paid a deposit and application fee then decided that I no longer wanted to move here due to the break ins and bad customer service. I spoke with the Kay at the front office and she told me that my money would be refundable and then called a week later and said “I decided that I won’t refund the money” that’s really bad customer service! I don’t recommend you move to these apartments! Really bad customer service !!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I lived here for four years and I paid my rent on time every month. I had to move out without given a 2 month notice when my leased had ended because of the increase criminal activity multiple cars and apartments break ins it was happening almost every other day. The day before I moved out there was 6 cars broken into the parking lot right in the front of the apartment near the leasing office My truck was next to two cars that were broken into. The management staff always put the blame on the residents by sending emails saying don’t leave valuable in the cars instead of them

Beautiful property and I am not the only one who feels this way. Thieves like it here as well. Cars are broken into three time in 21 months and twice in February. Today is the most recent break. Window smashed and not nothing taken. There’s no security on site nor cameras in vulnerable spots. It’s not the management responsibility to provide protection is what was told in community meeting. Yeah they chase them away before but guess what, they came back because the know the property.

Sad to say that this apartment complex isn’t as nice as i thought it was. I moved in may 2020 and there has been countless break-ins to vehicles and apartments. Someone was recently killed in his home as well. I pay an enormous amount of money to stay here and there is absolutely no security and nothing is being done about the break-ins we just keep receiving the same email about not leaving valuables in your car. Like Duh!! That’s common sense. We as residents deserve better security for the amount of money we all pay for rent. At least 9 to 10 cars were broken into last night. It’s ridiculous

Beautiful property that has gone down hill. I have lived here for almost 3 years and I witnessed a steady decline in the property. There is no security. No cameras. Nothing. They are constantly breaking into cars EVERY NIGHT! I wake in the morning wondering is it my turn to walk outside to see all my windows shattered and my car ransacked for the… 30 cents that may have fallen under the seat. All the management does is send the same emails.. with no action behind them. I am so disappointed in these apartments. I am expeditiously and aggressively looking for a new please to live, I don&rsquo

I've lived here over 5 years now. We had a great management staff. Now for some reason there is a whole new management. We weren't informed through email or anything. But I have to say unfortunately they are not the best. I had to literally fight my way to see a manager, called multiple times and was told they were in a meeting or on a call. I had to come to the office to speak with someone and when I asked they said they were in a meeting. It took 3 to 4 weeks to finally get my issue solved. They aren't very personal when it comes to residents, at least not my experience.

Amazing property. I have lived in multiple properties in multiple different cities over the last 9 years or so and this property is without a doubt the best that anyone could ask for. The grounds are extremely well kept. They put on fun resident events every month. They are always welcoming in the office no matter what the issue might be. Never had to wait to get a work order done. The list goes on and on. Julie, Milton and Macy always treat us with respect and are always professional. I feel like the lucky was that I was fortunate enough to get an apartment with such a great property and staff
