First of all, in the model that I looked at there was a dead roach on the floor which.. it’s a model try and clean up a little better? Second of all I was told there would be an apartment available August 15th and only AFTER I paid for applications and brought my man from work to sign papers I was told I am in a waiting list. Third of all, I get thats its “assisted living” but I’m still a grown adult and deserve to be talked to with respect. The lady at the front desk if VERY RUDE. In my opinion, she doesn’t need to be the face people see when they walk in. Disgusting. Her attitude alone

I lived here for about 4years! My neighbors was nice and friendly it was quiet I have no bad complaints about these apartments other than there is no bathroom downstairs but that’s about it!!! And ms.Kim at the front office is the BEST!!!!!! She was very informative, understanding, and so nice!!!!! It’s really nice for a starter apartment.

So let me start off by saying this is the most horrible apartment complex I have ever lived in during my lifetime! Maintenance is horrible, the upkeep of the apartment is horrible, and it is DANGEROUS. I originally moved here because I was living on the southwest side of Houston and I wanted my daughter in a better neighborhood by good schools and etc. So I chose Park at Fortbend because they were affordable and nice on the inside and out but I was quickly fooled. The maintenance team is slow and incompetent I constantly had to call the office and put work orders in just because my request were

I really enjoy supporting and managing this community. The residents look out for each other and love to give the management team gifts and treats. They create a real sense of "community." The residents really enjoy participating in the fun recreational activities and other supportive services provided. I can't wait to coordinate our next event!

This is my first time back in the area since I was awarded the key to Missouri City TX in 2015. I read the reviews before coming for a tour and just want to encourage those looking for a great home to consider Park at Fort Bend.
I've called multiple times and never had an issue with someone not answering the phone. The staff was very nice and patient with all the questions I had.
Even during a pandemic they were quick to send the application via email and schedule me for a tour. I had to reschedule and they worked with me to get me in at a later time.
The community is beautiful, quiet and well

Have been looking around for an apartment and was really excited to check this place out because it looks nice and i live next to it. the website said we could walk in and take a quick tour but the moment we walked in, the lady was rude and just told us no and to call later. she was not friendly at all. i will take my apartment hunting somewhere else

Management here is amazing! I’ve been living her for 5 years. Kim has been here the entire time and is always a pleasure to work with. With new management LaToya joining her they are a hardworking team and a dynamic duo. The upkeep of the property is much better, maintenance issues are being resolved quicker and there are lots of family friendly events. I can’t thank them enough for getting my family and I transferred over to our new unit and accommodating us. Giving you guys the recognition you deserve :)

So far there customer service is good. Lady called me about 3 weeks ago to inform me a 2 bedroom is coming available soon just in time for my move out date at my current apartments. I was put down on the waiting list couple months ago. Hopefully I get approved, there a lot of good reviews I got to read and a few bad ones too. I believe from the previous management teams. Things seemed to be better now.

I been blessed to live at the Park at Fort Bend Apartments with me and my 3 kids for 5 years. The community is everything we have Cares Ministry they provide Breakfast for the Residents and Lunch in certain occasions they also pass out school supplies. If you have young children like myself they also offer free lunch program in the summer months. they have an activity room for kids design projects they have swimming lessons residents offer YOGA and ZUMBA classes in the Summer time neighbors are everything not afraid of helping each other out it's defiantly a blessing from God!
