I needed an auto body repair shop and relied on Google reviews. I was not disappointed. My experience was great from the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my car. Rafael kept me informed of exactly what each step was in the process and gave excellent customer service. I hope I never need their help again, but if I do--they will be my #1 choice. Two thumbs up!

The service from PDX Express was outstanding! I had some hood and grill damage to my car due to a collision and needed to get it fixed for no more than $1,200. Stacey was able to save me an extra $50 after they fixed my car. They ordered me a new hood and grill and made my car look beautiful again, not to mention, Stacey cleaned my headlights free of charge. A few other places quoted me almost $2000 so I was very thankful that PDX was able to do it for under my budget! They finished my car in a DAY and Stacey came and picked me up from my house since I didnt have another way to come pick up my

My husband and I have used this body shop several times ( approximately 5 or 6 time ) and have had really great experiences each and every time .
They take really good care of their customers from start to finish . They always communicate with us on where they’re at in the process and make sure we know when we have options of keeping cost down but they never forget the small details . On occasion I will just take my car in and have them fix all the small day to day driving dings and they always give me a very fair price !

My 2012 Civic got hit in a parking lot and bumper needed to be replaced as well as minor quarter panel damage. Dropped car off on Monday and had rental car from Enterprise waiting when I got there. Just picked my car up (Fri) and left rental with them. Got my car back cleaner than when I left it. Repair looks beautiful. The whole process was seamless and they kept me in the loop all week. It was by far the easiest, non stressful experience. Will never go anywhere else and recommend this shop to everyone! 5 stars!!!!

Very happy with the service, fast professional and they treat there customers like no other. I was happy the first visit for this insurance claim, and I came back In regards warranty claim for a paint chip that was cause by my mistake, yet they still fixed it as a one time courtesy and also gave me a rental car. From here on this will be my place to go. I recommend this place to everyone.
