If I could give more stars I would! Even at the time of my estimate, they were very descriptive on what they would have to do to fix my forester. I dropped it off on a Sunday night expecting it to be done on that following Tuesday. I was given a call on Monday saying it was already done. They did an excellent job to this car and a previous outback that we took to them a little over a year ago. EXCELLENT customer service and keeping me informed and updated. I will never take my car anywhere else for any auto body needs that may arise in the future!

The work they did to my son's car was exceptional. Looks like new. Thank you so much for treating him fairly and doing an outstanding job.

These guys are here to take loyalty care of your property and make sure the job is done! Maybe a hiccup sometimes that is out of there control, but hey dont we all! Amazing people and the owner John seems to take great care of his customers!! Highly recommended 😁

My car was sparkly clean inside and out after dropping it off for body repair. The woman at the desk was friendly, prompt and transparent. I was also given an inspection of brakes and such (which I had requested), the mechanic called me and patiently explained prices and any issues he found. I did not pay for the body repair but the quote I was given for brakes was a fair price. I will definitely be returning to victory lane.

These guys worked on our car and it looks great! They also helped us with insurance claim as well! And guys were willing to take smaller reimbursement just to help us out! If ever need a body work done on the car, we are definitely come back to this place! Recommend to friends and family!

This review is a tad overdue but I had a pleasant experience here. Obviously everything would be less expensive if you bought parts and did the work yourself, or a friend did but I try not to think like that. Automobiles are not my area of expertise so although I think it was expensive to get the work done, it had to be done and they made it a seamless process for me. I called on a Friday re: brake, rotor, caliper issues and they got me scheduled right away Monday morning.

I live and work out of my vehicle so repairs can always be a bit challenging to navigate but they were incredibly accommodating

Fake 5 * reviews are deceiving. Unethical and misleading behavior. Told that I needed to sign a repair authorization in order to receive an estimate. Nicole their representative attempted to bully into signing the repair authorization "in order for them to look at it" Buyer beware.

I have been coming to Victory Lane for over 15 years. I would NEVER go anywhere else! John and his crew truly have your best interest. They work well with all of the insurance companies and take care of everything from beginning to end, providing excellent communication throughout the process. They are friendly, professional and most of all provide me with the confidence that they are going to do what needs to be done, whether it be a 5 minute or a 5 day job, to restore my vehicle to its original state. John looks out for you, not the insurance company!

I was on a road trip in the area when I realized that some recent work that I had done in Los Angeles was faulty. The holidays were approaching so I was anxious to find a local place that could do the work before everything shut down. Victory Lane was not only happy to help on short notice but they also offered insight over the phone over what might have gone wrong as well a quote within a few minutes. I had had some insurance work done through Victory Lane a few months ago after an accident with my wife's Jeep. It was done quickly and professionally with no hassles. When I had mechanical difficulties with it this month, Victory Lane was the first place that I thought of.

Throughout our recent repairs, John provided us with updates and was never too busy to let us know what was going on. When one of the parts that was put in ended up being defective, he got a replacement and put it in on his own time in order to get our car back to us as soon as possible.

Generally when working with auto

I brought a trunk lid in for these guys to paint. Most of the places I went to didn't even want to talk to me because the job was so small. The guys at Victory Lane took interest and treated my small job with the same respect I assume they treat every job.

The turnaround time on the part was lighting fast and the paint job was flawless. Even though I didn't have them blend the paint job into the rest of the car they managed to get a perfect match on the color.

These guys are super fast, super good and very competitively priced. I will certainly be back.
