Madison Towers

This place is simply incredible. The management are exactly the right type of people you want when you need something. Remodeled apartments are really nice!
I first arrived here with my wife last year, coming from another country, had so much to worry about but Steffany and Lisa were there to help me make all the arrangements remotely. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Today was our last day, those guys were accommodating to the very last minute, made it easy for us to move out, were very understanding and thoughtful.

I have lived in Syracuse for 6 years. This last year with Madison Tower was my best renting experience. The office was very nice, supportive, helpful and flexible. They also returned me the whole deposit in a month after I moved out. Everyone I really really recommend Madison tower to you all!!!

Excellent management that always kept common areas clean, even before covid-19, always kept up with pest-control as I never once saw even the smallest bug, and was very easy to communicate with whenever I needed anything.
Issues brought up in negative reviews seemed to have been resolved before I lived at Madison Towers as I had no such problems.
Also the apartments are affordable and conveniently located right in downtown Syracuse, close to Upstate Medical and Syracuse University, so its great for students. Overall I highly recommend.

NO HOT WATER FOR 1 MONTH AND COUNTING. DO NOT RENT HERE. Management is not compensating cost and is no longer providing options to shower in vacant apartments. No notifications or emails or anything to let us know they are still trying to fix it or not. They had signs out but have removed all of them. It looks like they have just let us live here with no hot water indefinitely as they have stopped updating us on their attempts to fix it therefore I can only assume they have stopped trying to fix it since they have not keeping us updated anymore. Madison Towers has been actively working to improve itself since I have moved in two years ago! It was already a great spot when I moved in.
1) Renovated their gym - quite cozy
2) Newly painted main room in the lobby
3) New security checkpoints that add safety and lock laundry room / mailroom doors
4) Newly installed elevator flooring
5) Renovating apartments constantly!
6) Incredible and responsive maintenance team (always visible)
7) security guards are very friendly and visible - I see them walking through my floor doing rounds!

I have lived here for nearly 3 years and decided to write this review because of my outrage at the fact there has been no hot water for about 2.5 weeks (minus 4-5 days when it was temporarily fixed). Management is not transparent about the issue and it is clear there are deep rooted problems with the building’s infrastructure that cannot easily be fixed. We are currently without hot water indefinitely, and this is absolutely unacceptable given the price we pay. Please save yourself time and money and do not rent here.
Update: They ended up mostly fixing the water issue and gave us a good amount

The Building has no security cameras and vagabonds are wandering in the building with no checks. This is endangering the life of young students in professional programs with the local colleges. No one ever answers a phone. Every single phone goes to a Voice Mail even any security inside the building, there is a no safety officer. You should call The Police ONLY

After the power went out at noon yesterday for the area, the apartment just stays in dark for the whole day and the next morning even the power line has been restored after only 6 hours of outage. Just because the staffs are not working after hours, no one cares about tenants life even they have to shower in cold water in 20 F weather.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about how helpful management is at this complex. I've lived in the townhouses for 3+ years and any time there is any issue - they are prompt (as in same day) about fixing the problem. If you call to report any problem - be it broken blind or leaky sink they always fix the problem at absolutely no cost. The ladies in the office are so kind and go out of their way to make sure people are happy. Bedbugs and other pest everywhere, car parking is such a confuse situation that my car is towed and is warned to be towed several times when parking fee is paid timely. Oh, and you will never find the staff since half an hour before the office is closed.
