Living at rugby square was awful. Maintenance never responds, I called and begged for a parking pass in the garage for two years with no response back from them. All the closet doors fall out, carpet was coming up. Terrible place to live, would never recommend. Toilets overflow, we had no choice but to break our lease due to neglectful care of this place. Not to mention nobody responded to us when we tried to give notice so we just left.

DO. NOT. LIVE. HERE. All of the bad things you’ve seen or are going to read on this thread are 100% true. It may have been a good place at one point but it certainly is NOT now. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Maintenance never comes, even when emergency services are requested. Heating system is inconsistent, works in some rooms only. Currently trying to break my lease legally after three months

The apartment itself was spacious with new appliances. HOWEVER. To begin, there was a wet stain on the ceiling of the hallway going down to the wall (the wall paper or whatever was literally peeling off due to the wetness) that maintenance just did not care about. It was like that for around 3 months. It looked trashy and was worsening by the week. I signed a year long lease with this place but had to break it because of the mold problem that caused severe respiratory issues and management refused to properly respond to or address this with me. The heating situation is inconvenient, as you as a

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phones. I call everyday different hours just to try to get an application or more information and never get a response. What are y’all doing in the office all day that you are not answering the phones?

The good: my apartment is small but cute. The kitchen and flooring has been newly updated. There are several huge closets in each unit. The neighborhood is residential, quiet, and safe. The walls are made of concrete = quiet and well insulated. Less than 10 minutes to downtown without having to get on the highway. Pet friendly. One of the most affordable, nice places I found. The bad: unless you pay to use their parking lot, the free street parking can be annoying. Sometimes you have to park a block away from your building. The kitchen has only a few cabinets and they are small. since the walls

Not bad. They have to update their heating system, can lead to a mold problem. It's quiet but parking can be horrific. Dogs are not cleaned up after. This place is nice and I feel safe at night.

This place is absolutely deplorable. I lived here for 2 1/2 years and have had nothing but trouble. I was promised an updated apartment because they had done renovations. This didn't happen. My apartment was outdated, had stains on the floors, I had broken kitchen drawers and a completely broken off cabinet door upon moving in. The toilet was disgusting and upon cleaning it the first time. It was EASY to clean they just didn't bother. The toilet also never flushed right. It flooded my bathroom 4 times. The heating system causes the most problems, however. It's extremely old and they leak. This

Do not live here. Maria and her Management is horrible and the most lazy people I’ve ever met. They spend money to upkeep outside premises but they do little to maintain indoors. In addition to continuous mold problems, the heater constantly leaks water and destroys cielings and carpet.

Lived here for 6 months. Apartment used steamed heat, not sure but it caused the paint to bubble and some mole. Not sure if they fixed that issue. I had a corner apartment and as a result the sun beamed into the place and made it REALLY HOT during the summer months. They don't really come and fix things. But other then that the people are nice, its not noisy. I relocated due to work.
