We provide services in personal training, fitness/nutrition coaching, massage therapy, acupuncture, and fascial stretch therapy. Peter Ngo has been in the health and fitness industry since 2003. In that time, he has consulted and worked alongside a wide array of trainers and therapist.

It is a semi-private personal training program to work with a team of expert trainers. The program is split up targeting different body parts. Each day we focus on specific body parts which change on a monthly basis. This approach keeps clients motivated and progressing. Our expert trainers will provide you with guidance in flexibility, movement preparation, and strength training.

Open for Business and follows protocol for COVID-19.
Mask and temperature taken before entering and Hand sanitize.
There phone sanitizer everywhere and equipment is clean before and after.
Bathrooms are impeccable kept and it’s a Great atmosphere to train and workout no matter what your goal.
Trainers acknowledge you and they even have a sign up sheet so there no more than 4-6 people at a time with 3 Large rooms with plenty of space to keep social distancing.
Lots of doors and cleaning products to help you feel safe and comfortable.
