Community is key when it comes to comradery and accountability, which is what our group classes provide. We cultivate an approachable, yet challenging strength and conditioning program to enrich your life. Training is purposeful to each individual. With Semi-Private, each workout is more tailored towards your individual needs and capabilities.
With Live Coaching, you'll get immediate feedback on form and movement along with modifications when necessary. If any specific modifications are needed for you, we'll prepare that ahead of class once you've booked. We'll plan modifications to daily routines for any ailments and injuries you may have accordingly.
The right nutrition plan is one that's sustainable for you to reach your goals. The recommendations below is a general guideline that can be modified to fit each individual's needs. 3 to 4 meals a day with proteins, healthy fats, and carbohydrates in every meal if possible. Limit your consumption of chicken, beef, pork, milk, cheese, and other animal based proteins.
It's important to see where you currently stand and how you need to move forward. Using the charts, tools, and equations below will help you determine your current status and help you determine your goals. To reduce body weight, energy expenditure must exceed energy intake, referred to as negative energy balance.

Good workouts, small groups, and highly individualized. The workouts are adjusted for each person's skill level, equipment and goals. It's impressive!
I've only done livestream classes. Bring your own music and don't expect to be entertained - expect to work. Jamie and Layne tell you what exercises to do and then leave you to your own devices, with encouragement and form notes when needed.

Thanks to Vita Cors, I've become the biggest fan of personal trainers. Seriously, this duo has taken me to a whole new level of physical fitness. Their expertise and personal attention have reminded me that I have muscles in places I didn't even know about. And even though I have a shoulder injury from an old biking accident, they have found exercises and drills that help me to build strength and stamina while protecting things that don't feel so great. I feel so lucky that I found them through ClassPass!

I've been attending Jamie's small group training sessions for about two months now. I originally discovered Vita Cors through Classpass, but I ended up liking it so much that I canceled my Classpass membership and signed up through Vita Cors directly! The classes are circuit workouts incorporating strength training with free weights and other gym equipment as well as conditioning exercises, and they are different every time and tailored to each participant's fitness level. They are appropriate for all levels of fitness and experience, and Jamie will happily make modifications to various exercises

I've known Jamie for about 5 years now, and have trained on and off with him. He makes you feel very comfortable even when you have any trouble doing an exercise or two, pushes you and finds an easier yet still challenging way to make sure you don't over do it. I've recently started training with him again but this time with what is now Vita Cors, and have met his partner Laney, super cool and she works out with you for an extra push sometimes! They make a wonderful team, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone trying to get, stay or become a better, stronger version of themselves. Also

I have been training with Jamie for a year. He is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his clients' health and wellbeing. The workouts are always specific to your level and your goals. He is extremely attentive, encouraging, and makes working out fun! The training sessions are always different which is great because I get bored quickly. I'm in decent physical shape but really need the push and focused workouts. With the private training sessions, you are able to take any of his small group classes which he sometimes leads with his wife. The small group classes are practically like

I have been going to Vita Cors and working out with Vita Cors for months and definitely can feel and see results! Jamie's workouts are challenging but you always feel empowered after you finish them. I highly recommend Vita Cors if you are new to a fit lifestyle, returning on your fitness journey, or currently active in fitness, Vita Cors is definitely the place to be!
