Ben's intrigue for fitness began when his inability to sit still grew into a desire to understand the mechanics of movement and the important role movement plays into optimal health. He experienced the joy from helping others create a healthy lifestyle and committed his legacy to promoting health. Ben attended Western Illinois University where he studied Exercise Science.
Ben is a Master Personal Trainer, CHEK Practitioner II, and has been personal training and coaching for 20 years. Ben is in constant pursuit of education and professional development, completing more than 50 different courses, classes, workshops and forums. Throughout his career, Ben has worked with diverse clientele through one-on-one personal training, nutritional guidance, as well as personal and professional coaching.

What a fantastic, first-time personal coaching experience I had with Ben King of F7 Lifestyles! I began with a couple of goals, and he guided my vision to include much more. With respect and without judgment, Ben engaged me through explanation, conversation, impressively scientific and individualized assessments, physical exercises, and even meditations and assigned readings. A few days after I posted my review the owner called me. He was pretty upset about his massage therapists performance, but at the same time was appreciative of the constructively negative review. He wanted to make it right. No one is perfect. I probably wouldn't have gone back, but I'm glad he called, because I had a completely different experience.
The Noise: Steps were taken to reduce the noise level. If the noise level last time was a 10 (10 being bad), this time it was about a 2-3. Which is totally acceptable given the location.
