Fitness is a way of life that includes working out and eating right. I have over 15 years experience as a personal and group trainer, and I have worked with everyone from beginners to experienced cage fighters. I spent over 4 years in a performance rehabilitative clinic, rehabbing injured patients. Whether it's coming back from an injury or stepping into the gym for the first time, I am here to help. We will set aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them together!

Working out with Tim was one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I have worked with other trainers, tried other gyms, and tried my share of fad diets/workouts, but nothing stuck. Tim is everything a personal trainer should be. His background is incredibly well rounded, and he is continually seeking new knowledge. Tim is an amazing trainer who has been training me for more than a year. With his help, I have gained not only strength, but also a greater knowledge of what kinds of exercises are best for me and for knocking my goals out of the park! He is professional, punctual, and has years of experience. He is also a great conversationalist and keeps up to date on all the latest fitness research and news. Tim is a FANTASTIC trainer who has a gift for health, nutrition, and fitness and helping others achieve their goals. He is an inspiration in the way he lives his own life and a true example of what a healthy lifestyle can do for someone. He makes sure to tailor workouts according to my fitness goals, explains the benefits of the exercises we're doing, and consistently shows me new exercises. Tim is a great trainer! This was the first time I had done personal training sessions and he did a great job understanding my short term and long term goals and also personalizing exercises for my health! I saw Tim to get in shape for my wedding and I'm proud to say I lost 25 pounds with his guidance. He's a wealth of knowledge for nutrition as well!

Tim has revolutionized my workout routine and my mindset around exercise. I recommend working with him for anyone who wants to get in shape, or if you're already in shape, to take it to the next level. I have worked with him both at Evolve and via Zoom from my home gym. I've been consistently impressed with his depth of knowledge about the body, how to build muscle, and how to actively recover from injuries. He combines wisdom and techniques from weightlifting, gymnastics, martial arts, physical therapy, sports training, and other disciplines.

Tim is exceptional. It's the first time I've used a personal trainer, and he's made things incredibly easy from day 1. Tim customized a program that works for my goals, he educates me on the "what" and "why" of my routines, adjusts whenever it makes sense, provides nutritional and wellness recommendations to complement my program, motivates me to push myself, and is safety-minded. I've used Tim both in the gym and virtually, and I'd highly recommend him for either. He is a master at his craft!

Tim is a wonderful trainer! Tim helped open my eyes to the benefits of consistent exercise and weight training. I've worked with Tim at Evolve Fitness in Lakeview for the past 14 months. Over the years, I've hired numerous personal trainers. Nobody provides the level of service Tim Deagon offers. After a few months of training with Tim I was healthier, stronger, and looked better than I have since college. His knowledge is miles ahead of the rest. He knows how to tailor a training program to hit my goals, all while understanding my busy schedule makes it impossible to spend as much time in the gym as I'd like. He's taught me how to get the most out of my workouts, and to use my time in the gym wisely. His nutritional advice is also top shelf. Tim is worth every penny
