I'm a non-athlete turned lifter, hiker, and runner, who's here to educate, coach, and learn. My purpose is to provide you with a no-BS approach to gaining strength, endurance, and confidence. I fell into a poor relationship with my body, food, and exercise while in college. That experience lead me to my career as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Precision Nutrition L1 Coach.

Once I learned how to properly train and fuel my body, the game changed. I went from only doing cardio and eating like a bird, to lifting heavy weight and hiking advanced trails while fueling for performance. Currently, I am on a mission to educate weekend warriors how to gain strength and stability for outdoor adventures.

Katharine has been so helpful getting me back to a regular workout schedule, after I fell off for a couple months. When I started working with Katharine two years ago, I was 47 years old and in decent physical shape. I weigh 200 pounds, was a good athlete in high school, and could still bench press over 300 pounds. So as an experienced weightlifter, why would need to utilize KATHLETICS? Well, after a basketball injury and subsequent knee surgery in my mid-40s, I was merely “getting by” with leg weights. I have been working with Katherine in person (before the pandemic) and now via zoom for my strength training. She is prompt, professional, and fun to workout with. She is very observant to my forms, attentive to my shoulder and knee injuries from the past, and creative in coming up with the effective workout routines. Katherine is an excellent trainer and coach. I highly recommend her.

I knew of Katharine through mutual friends, and I have followed her for quite some time now. About 6 months ago I reached out to her because I felt like I was at a stand still with my health game and needed some help. I love Katharine's approach to wellness and fitness. Her program is sustainable, even for busy people don't think they have time for fitness. Katharine is supportive and goal-oriented. She is able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances - we went from in-person training to virtual training during the pandemic. She has also coached me through a few injuries so that I could continue to make progress while allowing myself time to heal. I have been working out with Katharine for almost 2 years and have no plans to stop!

I've absolutely enjoyed my almost year experience with KATHLETICS LLC 🎊 I was really nervous about getting a personal trainer but feeling like I needed one after being told by my doctor that I was obese for my age. Katherine not only made a personalized workout routine and schedule for me but she's made a accommodations for my health and for my injury to make workouts fun but good for my body! After every session I feel so strong and happy! If you're looking for a personal trainer she's the one!

Kathletics has helped me get strength for many activities I do. I love Katharine's upbeat attitude. I love being able to do quite a variety of exercises and she helps me do more than I would normally do on my own. It gives me a good feeling and results. I highly recommend giving Kathletics a try. It is a relaxing way to get fit from my own home.

Before I even started personal training with Katharine, I was super nervous. I didn't know what I'd be getting into or what I should be expecting. I had in my head that trainers would be super pushy about health things and it'd just be overwhelming. However working with Katharine has been such a joy!! She really encourages you to add healthy habits into your life and pushes you to get that last rep in!! She's super encouraging and I always look forward to our sessions together.

Katharine is an amazing nutritionist and fitness coach. She sends me multiple daily reminders to encourage and motivate me to stick to my goals. Her knowledge of how food and exercise affect the human body makes it really easy for me to choose goals that create healthy habits. She is extremely supportive and responsive and is always willing to answer any questions or concerns. I am halfway through my 20 week program and I already have new habits such as drinking more water, eating a healthier breakfast, eating more fruits and vegetables, and exercising.
