We serve both men and women ages16 to 85. Based on one-on-one, group, and bootcamp-style training, the program is appropriate for those who wish complete personal, confidential and professional fitness training.It's just you and your trainer with NO interruptions. Rick Gusler's own training, totaling over two decades, has uniquely positioned him to impart superior knowledge and guidance to his clientele.
Rick is the first personal trainer I've ever worked with. Having one-on-one training is amazing and exactly what I needed. I am a stronger person physically and emotionally. I have learned proper lifting and equipment-usage techniques. Rick knows if I have an extra set in me even when I think I couldn't possibly do another rep.

I have trained with Rick over the past 4 months. Results have been exceptional to say the least. He quickly evaluated my strengths and weaknesses and then put a program in place that I could manage. He is articulate, technically competent and very understanding but firm in approach and holds you accountable. I would highly recommend Rick.

Excellent one on one training with a full body workout in a variety of exercises. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to push the right intensity for continuous improvement. An excellent trainer with a first class gym. My only regret is that I should have joined months ago! Highly recommended!

I have been training with Rick for the past 4 months and have lost just over 10lbs, gained significant muscle mass, increased my flexibility, and improved my balance. At the age of 75, I feel fit, healthy and just great. Rick's nutritional advice and training program have helped me transform my eating habits and tone my body. Rick keeps me focused and I enjoy my workouts in a private gym, just one-on-one with a dedicated trainer, 3 times a week. A great experience, in a difficult time.

I am a very active fifty year old woman who was at a crossroad in my fitness regime when a friend introduced me to Gusler Body Sculpting. I am pleasantly surprised in my experience with Rick and his professionalism. First of all, the one on one personal training in his own gym is second to none. He customizes a fitness routine that is personal to me. There are no distractions or intimidation. Rick's nutritional advice is simple and easy to implement, without the need to buy cook books or the tedium of diets that focus solely on calorie counting. Rick's training sessions are hard but in the best possible way! Rick creates a customized workout plan for you and then helps you execute said routine in the safest and most efficient way! Every minute of the workout is hard but it is the most rewarding feeling after every single session knowing you are pushing your body to its fullest potential. I recommend Rick to everyone I can because you really can't get the same workout anywhere else. Not only are they great workouts, but you focus a lot on form and good eating habits outside the gym that all together help you reach your goals in the fastest
