This inky gem is a virtual party on your pallet. Fruit forward, black cherry, black berry, touch of spice and a hint of tannin on the finish. Bold noses of cherry and strawberry tempered with hints of violet and a gravel like minerality make this blend both unique and spectacular - Drink and discuss.
Symphony is a relatively new and still largely unknown varietal. A cross between Muscat of Alexandria and Grenache Gris, Symphony has a fruity and floral Bouquet, and is both sweet and tart with notes of spice on the finish. Pair it with buffalo wings, grilled meats or Cesar Salad-it's the kind of wine you can drink "all day long".
Join one of our wine clubs today! You'll enjoy some fantastic offers including discounts on all purchases, wine club parties and much more! Bring a friend with you to enjoy the fun, if they join the club we'll treat you to a bottle of wine to take home on the house!. What a lovely wine tasting evening! We will for sure be back! We planned a wine tasting for 4. Came Saturday evening and had no problem finding a table. There was live music, and the owners came around table side and shared about their wines. Even got a sample of a new wine. There was a food truck but we didn't try. They host list of events and we will be watching to join some. The wines were great, we were pleasantly surprised and will
Most likely be joining the wine club. And yes, you can bring your own snacks and food which we loved - thank you so much

Attended an event there for the first time, never heard of the place, but so glad I went! The white sangria was so refreshing, delicious and hit the spot. I will go back just for that, but I would like to try the other sangria flavors and white wine. It also seems they have a lot of events and caterers in the mix, so I will definitely be back!

Swung by to check out their latest concoctions from the vineyard. We were surprised to find an excellent jazz guitarist serenading close to 70 people between the barrel room, outdoor table area and both stylistic art inspired sitting and viewing areas of the studio next door. There was even a food stand outside to keep us fully entertained.
Dana, Dave and family have really done a remarkable job getting through the last couple of years with creativity at LaFleur's and enterprising with others to make this a truly special place.

I visited their winery a little bit ago when we could taste and buy their wines. I tried:
- 2018 Blackbird Merlot -- TERRIBLE! Had a sourness that took away from enjoying. did not have the foil over the top of the bottle. Not sure why this winery did not complete the bottling of this wine. Didn't matter because the wine was terrible.
- 2018 Coyote Red tasted terrible. TERRIBLE! It tasted as if soap was added to it. did not have the foil over the top of the bottle.
- Uncouth 3.0 TERRIBLE- had not vitange on the bottle. Also had a terrible after taste. Not sure what it was. I have

I went to a paint night here and it was super fun. I really liked the decor of the place and how it felt really cozy. I got the red sangria and I think my friend got the white sangria. Both were very delicious but I liked the red one a little better. A couple of people in our group ordered champagne and other wines. I really liked all of them, but for me the champagne tasted slightly sour. It wasn't my favorite but my friend who ordered it liked it.

They have, apparently, never heard of recorking a bottle to preserve it. Trying to decide between three wines, I asked for a tiny taste of a couple. Well, no, they couldn't do that, because the bottles weren't open, and if they open them to give me a taste, then what if I don't want that? Mind you, this was on a weekend day and I was there for a class with 10 - 15 others. I did taste the Cab, and I am a serious Cab lover. It was extremely acidic and I made a face while drinking it. I ended up with two glasses of sangria, which were tasty but over priced. FYI - I own two wine recorking systems,

I attended a paint nite here, it was my first time coming here. This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly and informed about wines. They have a nice lounge area and then an attached bigger room where they hold events and line dancing! They sell a few snacks as well, boxed crackers, cheeses, etc. They have a wine membership club as well.
All in all, a wonderful place and I plan on coming back! :-)

I came here for a Mother's Day chocolate making workshop with my mama. We had a nice time. Tasting room is cute and comfortable and wines are pretty good. Seems like a nice place for a date night.
I would have given more stars but the most uncomfortable thing happened when we were leaving, and it left a negative impression. The owner's daughter, who was working the tasting room, stopped my mom to ask if she bought the wine we were walking out with. So so awkward. She rang us up, clearly forgot, and then essentially accused us of stealing. My mom and I found that so off-putting

I enjoyed my Paint Nite (from Yaymaker) here and I love the wine barrels all around the room! The ambiance was perfect with catching up with friends. I love their syrah! Parking was so easy and the front of the building looks so business-like but inside, it's truly a cute tasting room with a large private room in the back, which was where our painting session was. You can bring your own food here at La Fleur's!

Had a great time here for a painting class! The sangria was delicious! Ladies were extremely friendly and welcoming. Will be back to try the wines and a nice spot to sit and visit with friends.
There is some cheese and crackers to buy or you can bring your own snacks in. Cozy, comfortable, & welcoming!

La Fleur's Winery is absolutely wonderful! So much so that I've been a few times already. Their wine is incredible and I love the fact that they are hand-crafting, bottling, and serving it right here in San Marcos - you can taste the care and love in every sip (and in every bottle that I've bought and brought home to enjoy).
What's also been great is that they are now doing a happy hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays - I stopped on my way home the other day to enjoy a glass to unwind from the long day. Was perfect.
