Most toilet blockages are easy to clear and are simply caused by something stuck in the system. You can unclog by flushing your toilet and using a plunger to push the blockage out. Thank you for choosing to apply to rent a Skyline Management Property! As we provide a high-quality experience to all our residents; we are seeking long term, high quality residents. Applications are processed on a point system and scored based upon factors including, but not limited to: rental history, income, employment, criminal and eviction history, and credit score.
Many of our homes are pet friendly and will accept a maximum of 2 pets. If you apply for or reside in one of our homes and wish to have a pet, you will need to complete an online pet profile and pay a non-refundable pet application fee of $20 for the 1st pet and $15 for the 2nd pet. If your pet is approved you will need to pay a non-refundable lease administration fee of $300 per pet.

Went to a showing and the agent wait five minutes to come to the door which made the grace period pass. On top me contacting the off the let them know we were on our way to the property and was told that they have no communication with the agents in the field. I wasn’t given a direct contact. This was the most unprofessional showing and contact I have ever experience.

It was my desire to downsize from a 3 bedroom townhouse to a one bedroom apartment to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren. I was nervous about location, safety, and ultimately if I was making the right choice until I found Skyline Property Management. I looked at their great Google reviews and felt confident they would finalize my long, hard, 3-month search. Before choosing Skyline I talked to a number of property management companies in Philly, looked at their contract, and chose Skyline because Skyline had the best terms for me as a landlord.
