I recently inherited a bunch of rental properties from my father and I honestly have no idea how to run them on my own. I hired Grow Property Management at the recommendation of a friend for help managing the properties and so far it has been a great experience over the past year. Finding a new tenant went great when it came up and the repairs are… fairly priced and always done in a timely manner. I haven’t received any complaints from tenants about them, actually only received compliments, so I am pretty satisfied with the job they do at property management at the moment.
