I just successfully completed the absolutely anxiety filled experience of renting an apartment in Manhattan and could not have done so without these guys so wanted to share my experience!
From start to finish they were more than professional, prompt, kind humans and totally on your team. Keith greeted me with a smile and a handshake after I was late to our meeting to view a unit. We quickly and efficiently viewed several units and he immediately sent over the application info to get the process going.

The staff was very helpful and considerate when taking us apartment hunting. They helped us find what was right for us and then did everything to quickly secure the apartment we wanted. Yan and Jordan helped us to find the perfect NYC apartment! Yan went above and beyond showing us apartments throughout Manhattan in the areas we were interested in the most. He asked the right questions and listened to exactly what we were looking for and came back with many apartments that fit our expectations. I'm not a fan of brokerages in general, and wasn't planning to find my new apartment with one (after meeting with two brokers already), but meeting Elvis, I was convinced otherwise. Union Square Property has access to exclusive deals, and the brokers fee I paid was a good price for the deal I received. Some of the management here are even close friends with the property owners, and hence get the first word before apartments even go on market. Elvis was also very laid back, and helped me even after his job was technically done (after I signed the lease). Thanks Elvis!

This was the first time I was looking for apartments in NYC. My wife and I were discouraged after dealing with several brokers. They were really flaky, cancelled appointments without giving advanced notice and not reliable. This was until we came across Yan. He really listened to our requirements and tried his best to meet them. We had met up 3 times and he took us around lower east side, east village and upper east side upon our request. Each time we met up he came prepared with a list of places according to what we were asking for. He was always on time and flexible with us on scheduling

I was taken apartment hunting with a friend who will remain nameless since he has a profession where he'd like to be off social media. He said the experience was so good he's yelp them if he could. Jordan took us for the day and showed us apartments in Kips Bay, the East Village, and the Lower East Side. These were around the 3000 price range and according to my homie there were a lot more than other real estate companies were able to show. In other words they had great selection and whole lot of inventory.

Great broker's all-around. Jordan took care of me when I was looking for a new apartment in the East Village. I didn't end up moving, but they were completely professional and a breath of fresh air, with all the pushy and shady real estate people . Although I ended up subletting an apartment instead of leasing one, I wanted to recognize how hard Alex worked trying to find me a place I liked. He spent 5 hours with my mother and I walking all around the east village showing us every available option there was out there. He was so friendly and comfortable to talk to and took the time to explain how leasing an apartment worked since it was my first time. He also personalized the search according to what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend him to everyone, especially students who are often intimidated by standoffish and impatient brokers

Honestly, looking for a new apartment in the super popular East Village was not going well at all, I felt discouraged and totally unimportant until my luck changed. My luck was discovering Union Square Property Management and working with Jordan and Christine who both worked hard to get me an apartment. I immediately knew this was a different approach of customer service.

Jordan sat down with us and asked what we were willing to pay and what we were looking for. He then came up with options for us and Christine (highly recommend!) took us to see the listings. Carlos, Jordan and the Union Square team were a breath of fresh air when I was hunting for an apartment in NYC. I worked with two other brokers before them and it was not a fun process - "here's an exclusive apartment and you have to sign it today or else it'll be gone and btw it's 15% commission HURRY HURRY SIGN HERE."
