The first time we stayed at Florentine was July 2018 when I was pregnant. We loved it so much, we came again with our 9 month old son last month! Staff is very professional and extremely friendly. The motel is very clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. As long as our schedules allow, our family will be staying here every year!

Very sad. My parents have been going to this hotel for as long as I can remember. Every summer since I was a child, my parents have stayed at this hotel for a week, usually in August. We have so many fond memories. The staff WAS always really great.
Now I have a family of my own and decided to head down the shore this summer. Obviously, my first thought was to go to the Florentine. The most important thing for me is cleanliness and this place goes above and beyond. The rooms and the grounds are immaculate. The staff is attentive and accommodating..
The family atmosphere is just what we want in a motel. It's quiet after a reasonable hour, so our kids can sleep.

I'm a 3rd generation loyal Florentine customer. My family has been coming to the Florentine every summer for as long as I can remember. It's truly a home away from home. Not only is it a great place to stay while on vacation, but it's an excellent atmosphere. One constant feeling year after year is that ownership and employees alike are fully committed to not only making sure that everything is clean and in order, but also that guests are comfortable in every way possible. My brother and I have stayed at the Florentine Family Motel for two consecutive summers, and have found it to be an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a quiet vacation in the Wildwoods. Located in North Wildwood, about 3 blocks back from the boardwalk, it is a 60s-style motel with a wide variety of rooms on three levels surrounding a pool. The room styles vary from one-room-with-a-bathroom all the way up to a multi-room apartment for multiple families. Parking is limited, but one space is allotted per family.
The hotel is definitely geared toward family life with a no-smoking policy
