Matt and his team scheduled a last minute inspection for a weekend morning. They were really helpful in walking us through everything we needed to know about the property and even provided some rough estimates on what we should expect to spend for some of the minor repairs needed, which helped us negotiate a lower buying price. Very glad our agent recommended CHB!

Matt was great. First he moved his day around on sorry notice to accommodate tight schedule on house that the current owners are renting. He did a thorough inspection, highlighting all the issues, big and small. And when he was done we had a great dialogue about various options to fix things that would be needed, and anything we should get a specialist opinion on. First class!

John Montfort did my inspection. He and his coworker were both very friendly and professional and super helpful walking me through all aspects of the house. I’m a first time homebuyer so it really put me at ease knowing that they were so candid about everything. They talked me through options about fixes and upgrades I would need to make.
