I recommend strongly Mountain Valley Inspections!!! I got the most comprehensive inspection report I ever imagined. Sal- the inspector is truly brilliant, he is punctual, reliable , does the inspection carefully, he is detail oriented and very thorough. The inspection report was phenomenally done with pictures, graphs and explanations!!!!
Sal also answered all my questions. I not only had the job done, but learned a lot about what a house inspection entails.

Working with Mountain Valley Inspections was a breeze. Coralyn was very responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions. Sal conducted our inspection and was very thorough and diligent in going through everything. He answered all of our questions and took his time documenting and explaining things to us. Mountain Valley made themselves available at the last minute after our other inspector cancelled 24 hours before the inspection date. They were extremely accommodating, easy to deal with and responsive; all the administrative details could be taken care of online. Sal was incredibly thorough on the day of the inspection even though it was miserable and raining, and there was a lot to cover in the house. He explained what he was doing to us patiently and in detail, and their prompt report was very helpful in negotiating with the seller.

From start to finish Mountain Valley Inspections made our first time inspection of a 3 acre property / house / garage super easy. Coralyn the office manager in charge of booking the appointment, got back to us right away and was vigilant about keeping us on track with the quoting process and customizing the inspection to our needs.
Inspection day, our inspector Sal arrived early was friendly and really easy to talk to. Sal a former carpenter was knowledgeable and honest as he encountered issues on the property. He was also helpful in advising what next steps we should take before deciding on purchasing
