Dan is awesome and a real pro - you can tell he's been doing this for a while. He's knowledgable and has good suggestions for how to fix things that need attention. We hired him for an inspection on a newly purchased home and he's trustworthy, friendly, and professional. Dan was great. On-time (I was late), patient with the zillion-in-one questions I have as a potential first-time home owner. He's a straight shooter who tells it like it is, no matter how much you love the house. His report is detailed with photos and tells you exactly what you need to fix in your home and how to go about it (whether to contact the town, a contractor, etc), and how big of a deal it is to get fixed ASAP or in a 5 year plan.
In this crazy market it pays to have him come and inspect before you close a deal on your new house - just so you fully know what to expect and can plan financially
