When you purchase an older home in Florida, insurance companies will often require a 4 Point Inspection to be performed before obtaining a homeowners policy. Bold city completed a thorough inspection as well as combining the WDO partnership for great efficiency, of our prospective home. The home was complicated and they did not stop until all of the checkpoints were completed. It took them longer than anticipated but they never said a negative word or lost momentum in the work. I am grateful for their focus and the very quick turnaround on the report. They will inspect all our properties going forward. You will not be disappointed.

David Edwards completed my home inspection. He was impressively thorough with my home inspection. Upon arrival he asked me if I had any concerns specifically that I wanted him to look at before he got started. He did not say much during the inspection however he provided me a detailed debrief and showed me all the pictures he took that would be part of the home inspection and explained to me what the report would contain. Bold City Home Inspections came highly recommended by our realtor and other homeowners. We hired Bold City to inspect the home we are purchasing. Bold City Home Inspections was absolutely spectacular! From the moment I called on the phone to get a quote and schedule an appointment through them sending me the Inspection report they were professional, courteous, and very thorough. Jeff and a trainee came out and they both were on time and even a bit early. They got right to work and did an incredibly thorough inspection. They were both very nice and professional.
