Mike was very professional and very thorough. Mike went above and beyond what I thought a home inspection would be as a first time home buyer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and informative. My dad, a carpenter for over 30 years and a well rounded handy man, even learned a few things. We were both very impressed with the level of service he provided. Mike, from 3-D Home Inspection, Inc, did a wonderful job inspecting a home we are purchasing. He was punctual and friendly, taking time to explain how he works and gave me the okay to follow him as he worked. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, and walked me through each area of the home to show me what he was looking at, findings, and giving suggestions for upkeep/maintenance areas. Mike was very thorough with the inspection, taking over three hours to go through our tiny house. He identified many problems that we missed ourselves. The report that he gave us was over 40 pages long and very detailed. He seemed very knowledgable about home building and about current codes and regulations. I would definitely use him again.
