We spent 4 months this winter at this rv park and were not impressed with it at all. The park is loaded with sand burs which sticks to everything including our dogs paws. The park is old and has been neglected. All the amenities are too small for the park. The pool, hot tub, the clubhouse, shuffleboard court, the dog park and what they call a pool hall which is a storage building with 3 pool tables and one is broken, plus the building is filled with junk! They advertise free Wifi, however if you use to much of it they block your devices. The roads have alot of potholes. In addition, some of the

This is our fifth season spending the winter at Seven Oaks and I have to say it's one of the friendliest parks around. Lots of activities for everyone and they are adding more. Close to a golf course. If you are looking for a nice friendly park with nice sized lots, dog park and much more, this is the place for you.

I finally decided to write about the two so called managers, a couple that is most ill suited to do a managing job as I have ever experienced in my career.
displaying a lack of motivation, lack of hospitality and ignorance of job responsibilities.
by their own admission little knowledge of the actual facilities of the resort and the interior of the park models.
My prediction are that in a few seasons you will have even less guests than you have today.

The park has good sized lots. It could be better cared for. Some streets pavement is better than others. The WiFi exists but is not usable as the transfer rate is so slow that each page you request takes between 2 and 7 minutes to load. Some claim the WIFI works in early morning 2 to 3 AM I tried and 1.0 Mbps is all you can get. Owner claimed they fixed the WIFI their fix made it worse.

We had a really great time at Seven Oaks Resort this winter. Large, level sites with wide, paved roads made setup a breeze. 50-amp full hook-ups made our stay comfortable. And all of the other "Winter Texans" we met here at the park were fun and friendly! We had a lot of fun participating in group events, exploring the area... and just relaxing by the pool (which was needed after too much participating in group events and exploring the area, LOL!).
We'd definitely come back here!
