It's streets and water system are in tough shape. It's been a 55+ resort for 30+ years but now it's open to anyone, even families to bring old beat up campers and trailers in to live there. Neighboring Pleasant valley is much better for Rving and the rest of the 7 others sister parks are much better to winter Texan at or live all year round!

Had a water leak and ask at office for help. Was told there guy was too busy, so then ask for recommendations for a plumber and was told not to ask the service man for recommendations as he was too busy. Park occupancy is minimal at this time.I would think that you would take care of permanent residents first.
