Services
There is so much to do at Chimney Park RV Resort. Meet new friends at one of our many community events. Take the boat out on the Rio Grand from our private boat dock or join your friends at the Chimney Park Billiards Room. Enjoy everything Mission, Texas, has to offer with shopping or golfing or simply look up at the stars one of popular river-side RV Spots.
If you are here for a week, a month or decide to retire to Chimney Park RV Resort, you will not run out of things to do in the park and on excursions to town. Our residents and guests enjoy community events including card games and bingo, pool parties, holiday dances, picnics, movie nights, red hat club, church, pancake breakfasts, jam sessions and more.
One of the most popular amenities for Chimney Park residents is our boat ramp. Whether you are staying just one night, visiting for the winter, or living here year round, you'll enjoy unlimited use of the boat ramp for FREE. The boat ramp may be used for fishing boats, ski boats, pontoon boats, kayaks and almost any kind of watercraft you can think of.
Although there is plenty to do at the resort, within just a few miles enjoy one of the largest cities in South Texas with shopping, Golf (7 local golf courses), bowling, movies, restaurants and clubs, and more. For nature lovers, hike and birdwatch at Bensten Rio Grande Valley State Park or the World Birding Center, check out the NABA International Butterfly Center, or take a romantic evening Riverboat Tours or go sightseeing on the Rio Grande.
Because of our premier location in the Rio Grande Valley, Chimney Park RV Resort is different from most South Texas RV Parks.

Like other South Texas RV Parks, we enjoy warm sub-tropical weather and sunny skies at Chimney Park RV Resort, but because we are on the banks of the Rio Grande, we are one of the few South Texas RV Parks to offer our residents on-site fishing and the only one of the South Texas RV Parks to offer an on-site boat ramp to access the Rio Grande river.

Not a large park and only a few big rig friendly spots. The front of our RV was right at the edge of road. We had great difficulty getting into the spot cause of it’s tight location. Luckily a very friendly park and we had lots of help. Clean with good events and on the Rio Grande. Border patrol have a good presence and not far from restaurants and groceries.

We have been here for almost two weeks and it's a wonderful park. Everyone is friendly and the staff is super friendly. They keep the park very clean and today I used the laundry and was very impressed with the cost and the dryers dried everything for the 45 minutes for $1.00. WiFi at the clubhouse and a nice clean pool. If we are back in the area this is where we'll stay.
