This place is nice. They have 50 amp hookups and bungalows for rent. I do know they have some stuff listed on Airbnb. We stayed here a couple of times. There is a Texas size pool and hot-tube. It’s very peaceful and neighbors are friendly. There isn’t any WiFi for the RVs. Which is unfortunate, since we usually stream. The price is pretty expensive. Never any good deals. There are other places around the area, which would offer a better price. Careful with the sinkholes. On our last stay there was a sink home just underneath our RV. It was pretty alarming. Everyone is very friendly. Staff and guests. Beautiful place with a ton of wild life. Lots of activities. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Great rates and affordable. Very short distance to Walmart and another grocery store as well as many restaurants. Palm trees, and lake with an island. Walking path and dog park (very dog friendly). Very quiet and safe area. This is our first winter here and we will probably be back.

Friendliest group of people ever, park is well cared for, lots of people busy keeping it looking beautiful. Landscape is perfect, many plants and shrubs blooming that seem to attract butterflies.

We love Canyon Lake RV Resort. We have been coming her for four years. I don't know how long ago the review about the hot tub being out most of the season but it had to be more than 4 years ago. The management here is very friendly, helpful, and cooperative. This is a very friendly and welcoming resort. Lots of activities and amenities. This is a 55+ year old community, with some folks spending winters here for as much as 20 years, I certainly recommend it.

We come back every winter,and enjoy it more every year. Must be the friendliest park in the valley. You can be busy every day,or just relax. No pressure either way. The dances are fun,and we loved the pool. Hope they have aqua fit next year!

And went there for a repair... But I can tell you that the atmosphere and the people that live there were pretty amazing. From the outside looking in looks like in a really great place to live. The Texas shaped pool is pretty awesome too

I was put next to this camper which I asked for different spot told no and was made to park this close to the camper next to me, was told it will never be used. the last two day they put the slideout out and now people are in the camper...its so close I can pass food threw the windows, I feel disrespected and when the manager came she didn't care, was told I could move but that's all day process, If your going to run a business, customer service comes first..I like the park due to other campers and its nice and clean......
