The Winter Season at Val's Kountry Corral is filled with fun things to do! Among other Activities, we have Water Aerobics, Karaoke, Live Entertainment, Holiday Meals, Sewing & Quilting, Crafts, Games & Cards. In addition to the In-Park Activities, the local area provides many other things to do. There are several Golf Courses, The World Birding Center and the National Butterfly Center.
Also, South Padre Island and the Gulf of Mexico are only about 80 miles away so it's close enough for Deep Sea & Bay Fishing, as well as Dolphin Watching.

Our park is located in the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) as it is affectionately called. We are only a few miles from the Rio Grande River which is the United States and Mexico Border. This area is noted for its mild winters, citrus fruits and a very moderate cost of living. With just 116 RV sites available, we are a small, friendly park where every effort is made to provide a comfortable environment for Seniors 55+ years of age.
Reservations will only be accepted for a stay of 3 months or more. An $85.00 deposit is required and that will apply to the third month of the reservation period. For stays of less than 3 months, the deposit is forfeited. If written notification that you are not coming, is received from you 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your $85.00 deposit will be refunded.
