As a tenant, I have had a flawless experience. The whole team is super responsive and just incredibly kind. They use a very easy portal system to pay rent and share communications. Anytime an issue came up, they were professional and unflappable. It was a total joy to work with Em and everyone at Maine Street Properties.

My family just got back from a week renting their Fletcher St. Kennebunk house. Skye and her entire team were so responsive via email and text through both the rental process and during our stay. The house was easy to check in with a key pad at the door. It was clean and cool when we walked in. A basket of goodies and a hand written card was also left to welcome us. The house had everything we needed and was a short walk from a little downtown area with coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. MSPM found us a great tenant for our apartment, again.
Skye and Chloe were great to work with - professional, friendly, patient and had great communication with us throughout the process.
Being fairly new landlords, we also needed some advice in the past year and Skye was amazing about helping us.

It is wonderful working with Skye and her team. From the get-go, Skye went above and beyond to ensure my move-in was smooth. Post move-in, I reached out with questions, and Skye responded in a timely manner, clearly communicating with me the whole way. I was so pleased with her service on the "resident" side of the business that I asked her to assist me on the "owner" side after acquiring a property of my own. Skye Ouellette managed the rental of my property for about 18 month while I was on the west coast. I was a little concerned at the start, not with Skye, but with dealing with a rental from that distance. Skye handled everything smoothly from the start. She dealt with issues that we discussed without my having to recontact her with a reminder. Her manner is very professional while also very friendly and thus easy to work with. If I have another rental I will contact her again to handle it for me.

Finding Maine Street Property Management made all the difference for us as we began the challenging process of getting our parents' house ready to sell.
Skye and Joe thoughtfully advised us on the improvements and fixes we needed to make to be ready to list the house. They were comprehensive and proactive. And they jumped right in. Either they did the repairs themselves or found just the right contractor to do the bigger jobs in a timely way.
Skye and Joe are multi-talented and do excellent work. They attended to all the details of painting, repairs, etc with high quality work, creative solutions

I have traveled to many parts of USA and abroad. Lived in many apartments, house that I have always rented or leased, and by far leasing from Sky and Joe are the best owners I have rented/leased from. Absolutely no issues with owners. Whenever the house I lease needs attention, Joe and Sky are there immediately to correct issues (very few). Not only are Joe and Sky my "landlords", I consider them as friends!
