Moved my daughter in and overall was pleased. Only missed the last star on account of missed maintenance around the building including broken lighting fixtures outside, plus damaged trim and a loosed door handle that weren't repaired before offering it to new renters. Overall satisfied with clean, nice looking apartment.

If you are the college kid it’s great lots of party’s and drinking if you’re the parents thinking of moving your kids here don’t. There are many better options and they will fine your kids for anything they possibly can. Currently you will be paying full price but you will have non of the amenities that you are paying for. Do not recommend.

Really no issues throughout the year. However when time to move out don’t expect your deposit back. We left the place spotless per the 3 page cleaning list they give you and we were still charged a cleaning fee, painting fee and carpet cleaning fee. So the security deposit is not a security deposit. It’s there money to get the apartment ready for the next tenant.

The apartments are livable for the most part but be aware of charges. I was told living there that I was not "legally" aloud to get an extra mailbox key whilst living with my roommate. My roommates previous person that she was staying with had gotten her own key free of charge. But if I paid 5 dollars I could have another mailbox key for myself. There is no law that I couldn't find or that they could indicate why I couldn't have my key in the first place. They just want your money. Not to mention that they are extremely rude and unhelpful to the tenants that come into the main office building
