Services
Lagoons RV Resort is located in Rockport, Texas. Just 30 minutes north east of Corpus Christi. You'll find us just minutes from parks, birding, golfing, fishing, boating, sailing, and shopping. Lagoons Cottages are great for that get away from it all, yet homey feeling. The 1 and 2 bedroom cottages provide a spacious living and dining area and a full kitchen.
Lagoons RV Resort hosts many special events and has always maintained a proud and honorable reputation throughout the RV Community. Nice RV park, kind of a dime a dozen around here. The front desk staff is really rude and "territorial". I went by with some friends to drop off a member of the RV park with her stuff. We proceeded to get lectures about how "this is our home" and "how would you like it if someone pulled up to your house with a bunch of people (3)". This particular "karen" proceeded to tell us we needed to just leave because we aren't allowed there. So if you pay to keep your RV there, don't plan on bringing any friends to stay, heaven forbid you fit more than just

Sleeping around wit The Hylands watch for our FB Page.....Lagoons Rv Resort is located in Rockport Texas and well there are alot of Rv Parks to choose from in the area, can become overwhelming at best. Lagoons is a very nice, clean, well thought out, and very nice atmosphere. It does appear to be an older crowd and possibly a large amount of folks who stay here either seasonally or regularly as most folks know each other. We live in this park 5 months out of year and LOVE IT! The staff is accommodating, pleasant to deal with and friendly. THe park is clean and neat. The spaces are small but the location in the center of everything is perfect. I ride my bike everywhere when I’m there. Put 400 miles on it last year.
The activity avenger is the biggest I’ve ever seen and there are an abundance of activities durning the winter months. Nice and clean RV park.
Speed limits in the park are not enforced.
Showers do not have large enough hot water tanks. Don't plan on showering there. Also the only park I've been to that locks the showers at night. (@2100)
While speaking with some of the people they have made it clear they didn't mind that the speed wasn't enforced and would rather not have kids riding around. Obviously I know that's not the opinion of all but they were not just weekend campers.
Also, the grounds crew has no regard for you stuff. They mow with zero turn mowers. No mulcher or bagger

Extremely rude management, office personnel, and maintenance personnel. I was given a list of park rules at the beginning of my stay which all parks have, however not all rules are list. I believe they make up rules to suit them. Example: my son can down to fish and visit me, with that said he is not a party kind of guy. He hunts and fishes, country raised, respectful young man. One of the park host came driving up to him in a golf cart, shook his finger in his face yelling at him your not 51yrs old you can't be here until after April 1st, you need to leave, and leave now. Okay campers, workcampers, vacationers.
My wife and I have been workcamping for quite some time ! Worked at some absolutly beautifull rv parks and resorts, with might I say great people. About three months ago we got invited to come to rockport tx and work the summer at LAGOONS RV RESORT in rockport, we love rockport, there are really wonderfull people in the sea side little town !
Ill get to the point, avoid LAGOONS RV RESORT, if you want to enjoy your vacation, it is not a pet freindly, people freindly, or kid freindly park, all the staff is amazing, but the managment treats it like it is a

NASTY MEAN FEMALE MANAGER!!!
We paid upfront for 2 rv spots and one boat spot for three months. We only used them on the weekends. One of our rv spots was harassed so much that he moved his trailer after only two weeks without returning any of the money. The manager said the money would not be returned. We walked away with that. Now it's been 5 weeks and now she has verbally harassed us so badly we had to leave the second spot and boat spot. We said we wanted our money back on returning time and again she said NO! Our children who are teenagers could not do anything there but sit in

I have never complained about a park before but I must say that Lagoons RV park in Rockport TX. has the worst customer service and interest in "the customer" that I have ever experienced. I heard they were sold recently and it's the new management but man they are difficult to work with. This park is NOT DOG FRIENDLY!! If you have pet's keep on looking.. They have a poor excuse for a dog walk with no lighting, pet waste stations or fence borders, just signs everywhere that say no pets. Plan on getting berated and verbally abused by the maintenance crew if your pet walks off

I have an extremely responsible 18 year old... He is 6ft 2, 220 lbs. he's an excellent swimmer, much better than I am. The management questioned him at the pool with my 10 year old daughter. They said a parent had to be at the pool with my daughter, not another adult. This is not due to misbehavior, they just arbitrarily came by the pool to talk to my kids. I fail to understand why her caretaker ( my adult son) would not suffice. We've come here for years with family, and I've never felt welcomed by the management. Lagoons RV Resort is a 55+ only park in Rockport where we've spent a week recently.
Pros: Extremely friendly and warm community. One of the best we've stayed in as it relates to people. Lots of long term residents here and activity schedule has something ALWAYS going in if you want to get involved. Very nice facilities - indoor pool, laundry, billiard room, activity center, coffee shop/snack bar, etc. Propane on site. Very reasonable rates.
Negatives: Sites a bit tight. Not the tightest, but definitely not spread out. Internet was just so-so. Up and down quite a bit - about
