Camped in a 30ft fifth wheel Rv, February 2021. We had never camped here before.
We were assigned site 38. The site was fairly level, front to back and side to side. There was an overhanging tree that brushed the roof of our fifth wheel. The site was extremely difficult to back into. It required 3 camp staffers to guide me into the site. The camping “streets” are very narrow making it next to impossible to back in or pull out without pulling onto the grass on the opposite side. Pulling out, the camper across from us was kind enough to pull up his flags so we could swing wide enough to exit

Wonderful place to stay!! I have never met so many friendly and fun loving people in my life, even if they did make fun of my puzzle obsession. :) We truly felt like we were at our home away from home and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Our daughter had a blast. Also, the great reviews regarding the bathroom/shower area are no joke. They are the cleanest I have ever seen. The staff is super informative and gave wonderful recommendations for activities in town. This place truly deserves 10 stars and our family can't wait to return. Thank you guys for making our mini-vacation a memorable one from

This place is pretty plan, but it's a good place. My Dad and brothers take the R V there to go fishing, theres usually plenty of room for the boat, R V and two trucks. The last time we went my nephew said he was going to the restroom and walked out the r v door, I went after him and asked where he was going, he said the restrooms are over there.......... after all this time I never knew there were bathrooms over there. So I had to #2 and decided to check out the facilities. They were clean and nice full showers, and toilets that are the long oval ones that fit men properly. The staff is really

For the most part its a pretty good park with Cable and Wifi included in the price, which is a great value. Very Clean Showers and facilities..
The only negative I had is "some" Winter Texans can be a little overwhelming walking and congregating in the middle of the streets without regard to cars passing and sometimes unwilling to move and giving dirty looks.
Overall a pretty good park.

My wife and I stayed here for a week on our vacation. We loved the pool!! We rented a car which worked out well because we went to the beach which is very close every day. Great Sunday breakfast. we enjoyed our stayed and will be back. However, a special shoutout to The residents. All very cool. Thanks for being so kind to us!

Nice, friendly park but when we stayed there the Navy kept flying touch and goes over the park for hours on end, virtually every day we were there (one month). Very annoying. Also, the pads are quite small and cars and trucks were sticking out in the streets. They have cul-de-sacs at the end of each row which makes for some tricky maneuvering getting in and out. Photos below show a nice park-like setting but the way the rows actually look are quite different. It is in a good location, aside from being right next to the airport) and is a short distance to the Gulf Coast (few blocks away).
