Worst experience camping. Ray was so rude and didn't want to accommodate us at all. He treated us like we were some yaloo that had never driven or camped before. I've been dragging trailers over 40 years and my husband drove cattle trucks. We will never step foot at this place again. Promised cable... No cable. This place is not made for big rigs. Unless you have a pop up or small bumper pull, don't go here. Ray acted like we were dumb and was so condescending.

Website photos are inaccurate. This RV Park is very junky.
While most staff members were a total delight, we also encountered a couple of very rude ones.
This park is not kid friendly AT ALL.
The WiFi was terrible and even my phone signal only got 1 bar, so we were basically without internet during our stay.
I gave it 2 stars due to there being a few good things about it such as their courtesy calls when you get a package, the pool tables, and the fishing ponds.
Overall I think back on my stay at Circle W as a stressful and unpleasant experience. We couldn't wait to leave.

Booked a weekend stay for just me and the hubby. (Fri and Sat night) We came from San Antonio and our GPS on our phones took us through a backroad route instead of 35. Our 1st impression was not good at all! We passed up other RV parks where there was a property with a whole bunch of Porta potties! We crossed our fingers hoping Circle W was NOT next to it. Thank the lord, it was not! We took a right down the road and there was Circle W. As we entered the Ranch, we were very impressed with the nice green grass throughout the park and 3 ponds with fountains that light up a night. The streets were

Family trip for Labor Day weekend, nice shaded spot, but ants were horrible and the WiFi was sketchy.. the manager guy who circles constantly was not very friendly.. if You have kids rethink this Place..
everyone is much older but friendly , neighbors etc but the park consisted of mostly long term residents not a place for weekenders
The pool room doesn't allow kids under 16, exercise room doesn't allow kids under 18, the swimming pool has too many rules too count.
Our kids are well behaved and I understand the reason of rules, it was just a little too overbearing for us. Our in

Nice RV Park. Nice club house that they use for lots of activities for the residents and to host dances and Karaoke that both their residents and others can enjoy for a fee. Dance floor is really nice.
Sites are about average for area ... smaller then some but larger then others. Nestled in wooded area to make for a more scenic site though then most.

We have been here since Dec 1/19 and we like it very much. Everyone has been friendly and helpful and the park is very clean and quiet. There are many activities in the clubhouse daily.
The only downside is when it rains it floods out some roads and some sites. We are winter Texans and will be leaving Apr 1/19.

After living here for almost 10 months we feel confident that we are able to now leave a fair over all review of Circle W RV Ranch. Circle W RV Ranch is a 3 Star RV Community with a 5 Star Attitude. It's Staff is amazing... and they are truly the foundation for the wonderful recovery that has been made in spite of Hurricane Harvey.
We just celebrated Our first Christmas and Thanksgiving here and we are looking forward to the New Year. The number one thing that we would like to bring up is the fact that this community has become our family. There are some loving relationships that have been going

We came, we stayed and never left! Park is under new management and is improving all the time. It is a nice, quiet park with full time residents, winter Texans, summer vacation families, and workers. I have run across very few folks not social. The staff is wonderful and will go out of their way to make you happy. The attitude is "this is your home, we're here for you". They truly do mean that. The indoor pool enables you to swim 365 days a year, the exercise room is unequaled, great community hall with lots of activities. This is home! Come watch us grow!

I cant really say much, it was nice when we moved in and it was nice when we moved out.
They were recently bought out during our stay and slowly making the park better with concrete lots, they have showers, restrooms, indoor pool, gym, all the bells and whistles that attract noisy tenants, they have rules (a really long list of them) and a stray animal problem but the managers are nice and there are lots of activities for winter Texans.
I left because noisy people moved in next to me and even though I wanted to leave mad and disgruntled circle w's managers made it impossible. Really great

We came to this park 3 years ago and loved it! Actually we are still here! As I read older reviews I have to comment. As of Sept. 2016 the park is under new ownership and management. The new attitude is, it's all about you and what we can do to make you comfortable. Many sites have had major improvement of the utilities and pads. Roads are still narrow, it is an older park after all, but they are promising to re-pave soon, which will be a huge improvement. We have never had any problems pulling a 40 ft. 5th wheel around the park. Park is about 30% full time residents increasing radically in

My husband and I stayed here for 10 months while he was working in the area. It is a nice, peaceful and secure campground. The other residents are very friendly and there is a real sense of respect for one another. The staff was always friendly and helpful. They were constantly working to keep the park maintained and making sure our stay was going well. Jackie in the front office is the best...she always went out of her way to make you feel at home! We are looking forward to coming back here to vacation in the future and will be staying at Circle W Rv Ranch again!

Let me say that this is going to be an unusual review. I have read all of the negative things said about this park online. Prompted by another couple, we decided to check it out for ourselves.
We met the new on-site- manager and she was a pleasure to meet. She explained everything that we can expect to see happen at Circle W in the months to come. We were shown newly poured RV pads, new electrical and water connections in many of the sites near the clubhouse.
The Laundry has all new washers and dryers. A most pleasant surprise was being "accosted" by many long Winter Texan RVr

This RV park is the biggest rip-off place I've ever been to. I'm a lineman and have stayed at many places. The pictures on line look very different then the park. I reserved my spot 3 days before I got there and told them my size. When I got there I couldn't fit in and the hook ups were n the opposite side of the trailer hook up side. I got there and couldn't fit in so asked for my money back and they refused to give me my whole amount back. They kept 200 hundred dollars of my money and I was there a total of 10 min. I will never go to this place and suggest everyone to look
