They violate the law even when you inform them (NICELY, the FIRST TIME). Their ADVERTISEMENTS are ALL placed in the PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY! If they don't care about trashing PUBLIC property by habitually LITTERING, you think they care about you as a "tenant"? I told them it was illegal to fill up the PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY WITH BUSINESS SIGNS and they removed the signs momentarily only to put them all back in the PUBLIC right of way once I turned my back. What a bunch of mindless idiots. And, so much for vaunted "private enterprise". Here's a private for profit business using TAXPAYER FINANCED PUBLIC

My grandmother recently relocated to this location (55+ age apartments) and has loved living here since the moment she set foot on the tour. She loves the area, the maintenance people, it's clean, and she has met new friends. For someone who was unfamiliar to the area, the staff and residents make her feel as if she has lived her for ages! Another plus, is she lives close to more family, which is important to her.
The apartments, the complex, and the walking paths are maintained well, there is a dog park for you to come and hang out with your dog in, there is a gazebo, game nights, a movie night
