Services
This two bedroom townhome has a lovely 1st floor living /dining layout with both front and back door private entries. Two wonderfully sized bedrooms are found upstairs with bath and linen closet. This apartment has three oversized closet/storage spaces and a full sized washer and dryer hookup. This garden style apartment has a private entry on the ground floor, open living and dining plan, two bedrooms and an open kitchen.
Our units are all cat friendly and are dog friendly in selected locations. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet, and $35 monthly rent per pet will apply. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pitbull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Akita, Chow, American Bulldog, wolf hybrid or any mix thereof.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 8 months. If I could give this place zero stars I would. First, they do not care that we have put in many noise complaints for our upstairs neighbors. They didn’t even log 5 of our phone calls and one the manager said they had no notes about the situation. She then proceeded to tell us to call the night manager and they will come out and document what they hear. We have called twice. Once the night manager refused to come out and the second time they didn’t call us back. They stated that there will always be a night manager 24/7. Well my boyfriends

They will charge your account electronically even if you tell them ahead of time not too, fee's they can't always explain rude office staff. just make sure the money is always in your account or you will be screwed and please don't get sick and need assistance , cause you will pay for that too, save yourself the headache find somewhere else to live, I know just now trying to get back on my feet and recover from this place from move in day they changed my price to 2xs to telling me I would would be evicted if impact didn't pay who can really know when those checks will come.

Stay away from here there is roaches and it’s annoying I can’t stand it. Our apartment is always clean no matter how much you clean they come back. They say they send exterminators but obviously that’s not helping anything. I can’t wait to move up out of here I’m due to have a baby soon and I will not be bringing my baby home to a place with roaches. On top of that it’s very outdated here nothing is upgraded the doors fall off and everything is just ugh.. just keep looking you’ll find something better than here. They are too busy trying to make the outside look nice & not doing nothing

When the previous lanlord speaks with your staff, confirms payment history and willingness to re rent a place too me and also provides you with a full accounting of my FULL YEARS LEASE ACCOUNTING RECORD and is then told he must provide bank statements because "they felt it was made up"....thats absurd.....I have spoken to over 20 other apartment complexes and also spoke with metropolitan housing of columbus and ALL agreed that what your asking for was absurd. Even if he did provide bank statements you wouldn't see anything but large amounts of a deposit going in on setting

Never said it wasn't. I said it is not standard to deny people based on not reaching current landlord. I confirmed at multiple other apartment complexes that this would never be an issue for them so I'm not following why it was here.

I lived at Ravine Bluff for 7 years before leaving..the management when I first got there was much more reasonable and easy going. But once Monica took over as property manager, it was like a dark cloud covered the community, full of negativity. I'm talking mean-spirited, cold-hearted, inhuman and condescending to tenants, especially when you question them concerning any issue. There is someone in the office named Darlene who worked there since before I moved in and I watched her become cruel once the current manager(Monica Tolliver) took over, like the dark cloud rubbed off on her. I had the pleasure of working with Darlene throughout my application process, and she was the best! She was extremely kind and patient with me the whole time. Every time I would call the staff was so nice. Sadly, I will not be able to live there for personal reasons, but I would have loved to. They provided me with the best application experience I have had while working with any apartments.

RAVINE BLUFF is by far the most troubling apartment complex I've ever experienced and I didn't even move in. They posted a floorplan of a dog-friendly unit; I paid all the fees for that unit then I was IMMEDIATELY switched to a more expensive unit without consent and was given the excuse that the previous unit wasn't dog-friendly. HOWEVER, they reposted the same unit right away and once again listed it as dog-friendly. They have all the signs of a BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. They claimed to keep my deposit because I "violated their deposit agreement" but they switched my unit

I lived at Ravine Bluff for about 3 years. Overall my experiences were not spectacular. My apartment flooded and it took 2 weeks for them to fix it. My AC broke and it took almost a month for them to figure out how to fix it. My hot water tank broke, they replaced it, and when the hot water still wasn't working for more than 5 minutes they shrugged and told me they didn't know why it was doing that. My AC would go out all of the time. The gutter above my apartment would get clogged up and my front entryway would flood and there would be a small waterfall in front of my door any time it rained.
