This is zero stars. The office girls miscommunicate every time they speak. Shaquanda thinks she is queen of Columbus. Tell her about about a maintenance issue and she'll say "ah now hold on now ya not gonna tawlk ta me like dat". Don't move here the office girls are worthless

Such a bad front office, no communication, no nothing. They would never go to other forms of communication after not answering or anything even though it’s something so important. Definitely never referring anybody

I went to tour an apartment with my sister , and i’m guessing they show everyone the perfect model apartment and i don’t expect every apartment to look like that . But i had no intention on moving here , after seeing the apartment and the location i was like heck yeah!! i’m going to try it out! keep in mind i didn’t read reviews because i had no intention on moving here , i just went for the support . We have lived in Spring Creek for 10 years. The property management company refuses to replace old appliances until they absolutely are broken. Currently, they have not filled one of the maintenance positions, and repairs are months behind. The cement landing outside our apartment is crumbling to the point I am afraid we might fall through. During COVID the office has been closed physically, and the staff rarely answer the phone, and even more rarely return phone calls. The grounds are nicely maintained, and I appreciate the trees that surround the buildings. I have previously recommended the complex

I like the location. My apartment is spacious with a fireplace and washer &dryer. Parking is great - each apartment has their own parking space labelled with their address. My apartment has had maintenance issues but everything major like the fridge and furnace have always been repaired with a day. I wish they'd open the pool and gym since covid isn't stopping other pools and gyms from opening in the area. Also, the windows and appliances need updated because I pay too much for my electric bill in the winter.

Horrible apartments EVER!! Do Not Move here it is the worst....there is bed bugs and roaches and the ceilings are falling in and they did not put new carpet when I moved in my carpet had mold and my walls had mold and my cabinets fell off in my kitchen and they make you pay your rent online and charge you extra fees just to pay your rent!!!! I will never recommend this apartment complex to anybody

I have been residing here for two months now. The side i live on is pretty quiet. I’ve had a few stolen packages and the maintenance is very inconsistent when In need. My garbage disposal was broken prior to move-in and yet still has to be fixed along with my dryer that has recently broken. I’ve put in Maitenence’s requests, I’ve called the office and sent emails. I have yet to get the appliances that i need fixed. The apartment itself is nice but the assistance i need to better it or fix the damaged are not being given to me

I have been in this apartment for nearly a year at this point and cannot wait to get out. The management in the office misleads you on the property they are giving you. The one i was moved into had many maintenance issues, some of which still havn't been fixed up to now. These include non-working outlets, a circuit breaker that was regularly misworking which caused me to have intermittant A/C and no stove for over 2 months. Rarely are you able to reach anyone about these issues by either email or phone as voicemails and emails are rarely responded to. Your "assigned space" regularly has someone

I’m giving 4 stars because the place is extremely out dated. Stuff goes out every once in a while but maintenance is out within an hour. When you are considering renting here & you come and check reviews, remember most people review only if they’re mad about something. I overall enjoyed my time here & am sad to go. Made good friends with maintenance. I how friendly josh is & terry is sweet & i can’t remember the other guys name, but they’re all fantastic and really know what they’re doing. I enjoyed their company when they came to fix my heater 100 times. It was a great first apartment

I have lived in this apartment for 4 years. Within these 4 years I have not seen a maintenance man other when my heat has went out multiple times. I have work orders that state they have been fixed but nothing has ever been done. I also believe I have mold in my ceiling due to water leakage that I reported 4 months ago. I have a 8 month old child and I hope she hasn't been infected by any potential mold that has probably developed. Lawsuit it will be. I'm currently looking for a better place to raise my child because this is unacceptable.

Only live here if you're like me and can afford the hood. This place is awful, but you get what you pay for. Spring Creek Apartments just charged me twenty bucks for changing my own blinds. This month alone the heat has broken 5 times. Dead center of the ghetto with no entertainment or amenities nearby, and the sounds of gunshots and police helicopters will keep you up at night. Apartments inside are dirty, old, have ancient appliances that aren't energy efficient, and are impossible to heat at a consistent temperature.

My boyfriend recently moved in these apartments so I'm there quite often . There was a lot of mix ups on his move in date .
1. He paid his deposit well in advance and on the move in date , they showed that he didn't .
2. No one communicated with him about the pro rated cost of moving in 3 days before the first.
So besides all the stress of moving , he also had to deal with that . From the things he has told me about the people in the leasing office , they are very rude.
He has a two - bedroom , two bath and in my personal opinion, these are very nice apartments. The price definitely
