Wonderful place to live, moved in earlier this year becuase of a change my location because of work. I love the location nearest the streets of El Camino and Lawrence. They seem to want to take good care of this property whereas you can get maintenance pretty quickly using online request system. I like the computerized package delivery/pickup room as i have been ordering a lot of things online. Big apartment space and helpful staff.

Management works harder to steal the residents money than actually manage the apartment. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
I lived here for 6 months and the management along with the head of management - Mike lied and changed facts to charge residents wrongly.
The community looks very pretty and peaceful and so it is extremely deceiving. I would not wish upon anyone to live here, it is hell and the management team is the devil.

Absolutely trashy management. Lease agreement is designed to steal your money. They don’t allow you to sublease the apt and change the rules from time to time and refuse to provide written response. Record your conversation with them so you can get a proof for what they said in case they changed later! Hope they cannot get any tenants and go bankrupt!

EVIL, THIEVES AND LIARS. Management is made of a team of people who have been employed to exploit the residents.
It looks very nice online and I did the mistake of overlooking the reviews I read about how bad the management is because of how nice they were when I was moving in... BIG MISTAKE

Brand New interior, ample storage, beautifully maintained landscapes, crisp clean laundry rooms (indeed a highlight) , great location, helpful staff, prompt maintenance... We would surely recommend this apartment community
The managers Julie and Lily are always very helpful and responsive.
