The staff and doctor are great! I brought in my 82 yr. old mother to have a skin cancer screening. She had an area on her had that did not look quite right and I felt certain it wasn't okay. I had another MD look at it and he didn't even bother to biopsy it. So I had my doctor do a biopsy and sure enough it was squamous cell cancer, not the worst but not the best cancer to have. We were referred to Heidi's office and she showed us just how much it had spread in the 2 yrs my mother had it. 2 yrs! And not one of her doctors bothered to do anything about it.
Heidi was gentle and sweet, very upbeat

Called just now to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone didn’t identify that it was a doctor’s office, but rather answered with silence and then an eventual “hello?” I asked if they were accepting new patients and got asked how old I was. (Not sure why my age would matter, but I have it.) O was then put on hold with no prompt that I was being put on hold. She comes back on and says they aren’t accepting new patients. Age discrimination? Or perhaps just new staff who doesn’t know what they’re doing?

She was our dermatologist for years, but the practice just switched to "Specializing in Geriatrics(over 55) and Cosmetics" only. Very sad as it's difficult to find a good, caring dermatologist.

Dr. Gilchrist was absolutely amazing.
Her ability to carefully explain everything and make sure myself and my fiancé understood was perfect.
I had a skintag removed as well as a wart and both were fast, almost pain free and extremely affordable.
The welcoming environment in the office and the friendliness of the staff makes this the only dermatologist I will ever see.
I can't possibly recommend them any higher.

II was impressed with her and the office staff was very nice and they got me right in which I needed. After a negative reaction to the medication which was brought to her attention she got me in as soon as she found out I was having problems. A new nurse she hired did her best to stop me from seeing Dr. Gilchrist but she found out I was having problems and redid her schedule to see me.

Dr Gilchrist was great. Unlike other dermatologists I've previously seen, I didn't feel like I was being rushed through and her holistic approach was a welcome deviation from some other doctors. I had a cancer screening and am half way through my treatment for brown patches (melasma) from years of surfing. I've noticed much more even tone and texture. I highly recommend seeing her!

I brought in my son who has had an odd rash for years that no one seemed to be able to figure out how to deal with it. Dr. Gilchrist had been recommended by a friend and she knew what it was (something no one else had considered), how to deal with it, and we are very happy with the results.

Dr. Gilchrist did a procedure on my mother yesterday. Dr. Gilchrist was suppose to have only done a scraping for a biopsy but instead put 2 big, deep and very ugly holes in her face! I have taken pictures as my proof... My mom will need a plastic surgeon to repair the damage she has done! My mom is almost 80 and certainly did not need this in her life! I'm very sorry she was ever referred to Dr. Gilchrist. Patient's beware of this one!!!

Dr. Gilchrist is amazing! My daughter had been getting scarring lesions on her face and arms for over a year and we had seen several doctors who just told us to put this or that ointment on them. When we had our appointment with Dr. Gilchrist, she knew what they were - a very rare disorder that I can't even find much information on the Internet on, but she knew what it was! - and knew of the unusual symptoms that go along with this disorder that we had not even considered (fever, joint aches) as part of our daughter's skin issues. It was such a relief to have a name to this and I am very impressed
