To provide our residents a sense of community through an offering of various activities that cater to the lifestyle needs of active adults at an affordable cost. Hillcrest RV Resort joined our small, family-owned business about 15 years ago. Over the years, we have continued to work hard on making improvements in the park to provide the best value with one of the most affordable prices in the Zephyrhills area.
I can't imagine being happier any place else. My husband and I are involved in horseshoes, Sensible Weight Loss and I teach quilting. We enjoy the dances, holiday dinners, swimming and relaxing in the hot tub. I sing in the choir on Sunday at our non-denominational worship services and my husband also volunteers for the service.
When planning a vacation with the family, you don't want to leave your beloved pets at home. Imagine being able to include your pet in your travel plans when visiting the sunshine state! You have driven a long way and you arrive at a "pet-friendly" RV campground only to find there is no room to walk your dog(s).

Love the people but new manager is still learning. Biggest complaint is that their sewer processing plant (or whatever it is called) stinks to high heaven. They had to pump it out to cut down on the smell. I don't think that's supposed to be necessary if it is working correctly. Also they have a horrible time keeping the pool and hot tub operating correctly. Quite often the pool heater is not working. This park is very close to shopping and restaurants without a ton of traffic. 10 minutes from the YMCA.
