The park manager is not very nice at all, all the RVs are way to close together. There's one lady who lives in here who has had the police here last month 7 days in a row. Management does nothing to keep the place looking good. Electric boxes are all outdated and power outages happen all the time. Management has illegally thrown people out, stolen mail. I live here but would not recommend to anyone. There are not amenities.

Nice and friendly people. The management is on top of things and very welcoming. I understand the park is under new ownership. The only reason for a 4 star rating is the train. We were here a month and we could not get used to the train. Some people mentioned problems with electric, but we had no problems at all. We got to know several people and no one else had issues with electric either. Lots of activities, they have cards, bingo and shuffleboard, plus occasional entertainment. Mostly seasonal or year round people that like to make new comers feel welcome. Secluded area, but Zephryhills is a

Went to a Bonsworth fashion show that took place at the clubhouse. The yearly event started with homemade luncheon and desserts. The 7 lady models were women that live or are friends of residents of Many Mansions. All the models looked beautiful in the outfits provided by Bonsworth's apparel. It was a lot of fun. Everyone was smiling and having a great time. The only downside was one end of their clubhouse wasn't usable due to roof damage.

We will never stay here again. They gave us a skinny sliver of a site with the water and sewer 3ft. from the neighbor's porch and the electrical connection about 40ft. away from the opposite side of our bus. We didn't have enought cord to reach the connection. A train track is right next to the park and the train runs hourly, blowing the horn all night. They advertise free wifi and when we tried to connect it told us that we were restricted due to non payment. The site was paid for in advance so that wasn't the issue. We would have more ammenities in a Walmart parking lot. I didn't stay here because
