Ducky's Day Off RV Park is a 50+ park located in Zephyrhills, Florida. We have 354 sites, all with full hook-ups - water, electric and sewer. Ducky's is a quiet community with much to offer both in the park and in the surrounding area. We have daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal or annual options available to meet your desires.
Our clubhouse offers a variety of activities, including bingo, dinners, horseshoes, shuffleboard and a game room with pool and darts. We also have a centrally located swimming pool. We are located just minutes from shopping, golf, restaurants, medical centers, and hospitals. St. Pete Beach and Florida's theme parks are just over one hour away.

Try our Shuffleboard Court, Horseshoe Pits, or our Game Room featuring 3 billiard tables and 2 dart boards. Annual pool league, horseshoe league and bowling leagues available for all residents. Lowest rates, quiet, units not to close together, office staff is helpful, park manager "Cowboy" and owners were great to deal with when I bought a used unit there.

This place is scamming people. My fiance' and I called about renting a spot here for an RV. I was told they had spots available. The application was sent to us through email, filled out,
and returned in person. When we went to drop off the application the office was closed. We called the number on the door and were asked to leave the application in the mailbox. The next day I received a call from the office asking for a $100.00 for the application fee. Less than 24hrs, I received another call back stating that we did not get the spot due to a criminal background and credit. What?????!!!! I work

Very nice park .seemed to be nice people .however they did a credit check which mine isn't very good but i explained my credit problems were mostly medical the lady i talked to said that wouldn't be problem then i paid 80 dollars for background check then they denied me due to my credit i should point out was paying cash for trailer the credit check was for lot rent which is 440 month my monthly income is 3500 a month i feel sorry that they took advantage of nice people watch out they need my money more than me so bimmed out about these shady business practices

I was up front by the main road and had a perfect view of every thing around. The lot was spacious and I did not feel boxed in. The people are very friendly and the office staff and there manager "cowboy" was very helpful. I would have liked to stay as a permanent resident but was not able to because I have a 18 year old son. I understand there reasons. So had no problem with there rules. They were very apologetic with it and left a good feeling about it when I left. Bathrooms were cleaned daily, people respected the common areas. Thank you Ralph's for a great experience there. I highly recommend

I called them, with the intention to buy a mobile home as advertised. Spoke to management on the phone, I asked them, I'm 60, wife is 22, manager said yes, c'mon over, fill out an application. We went there, and got there and I told management that we're expecting a baby next month, the look on her face was in total disgust, she said, babies are not allowed. I don't even know if that's legal, but I'm going to inquire about that.

Where do I begin the story of Duckies Day Off, since the new owner has purchased park, he has went beyond my neighbors, and My expectations. From new seal roads, to fresh painted buildings, that’s so vibrant and lively. The extent of the work that has been put into Ducky’s day off is second to none, power washing, tree trimming, painting and remodeling has also motivated neighbors and I to lend a helping hand to make the community great again. With new management which Lisa and Chris is wonderful at the helm, we our happy to call ducky’s day off our home.

This is a great Park to live in, I know this and I don't even live there!!! I know people who do, and I visit quite often. When I become a senior citizen, I would love to live in a park like this!!! They have bingo nights, dances, karaoke, etc.. Everyone is very friendly from what I have seen. They take care of the lots. Not just maintaining it, but maintaining it with love. Very wonderful place, and wonderful people!!!
