We came snowbirding in motorhome for first time in Dec. '19. for 3 month stay. Fell in love with park and other residents. Purchased a park model on Feb. '20. Now seasonal doing 7 months here and 5 months back home in Missouri. Best decision we ever made. Everyone in the park treats you like family. Always willing to lend a hand.

We just got home from our long stay at Zephyr Palms Rv Resort. Sue, Donna and Ron are the best, they are so extremely helpful and always available for any assistance you may need while there. We were in lot 65 which was a large pull through site that fit our travel trailer very nicely. We met so many friendly people through out the park, who would just stop by to say hello to us and to our Chocolate Lab "Timber". We were so sad to leave this well kept RV Resort, but, we will definitely be back soon.

I did not stay in this RV park, just visited. It seems they have done lots of improving in the front of the park. Amenities are very nice for a small park. My issues were with the overall appearance of the park once one gets beyond the "street view." In years past, we've been impressed by the tidiness of the park. On visits last year and this past season, we've noticed storage trailers parked on lots, much less grassy areas and a general downhill slide in the upkeep. Sad for all the residents of many years who try to maintain a nice neat neighborhood.
