If your home is on the lot during the 5 months of summer, a $50 per month "unoccupied" storage fee applies. Must abide by all rules as set forth in writing and by management. All rates based on one or two persons. No refunds. Rents: not transferable. Late Fee: 10% per month on unpaid balances 5 days after due date.

This park is, without a doubt, a hidden gem if you're looking for a clean well-kept park. The sites are large with some pull throughs available. Located just a few blocks from the business area makes it easily accessible for groceries, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable!
