I'm just a pup who had a dream of opening the best coffee shop in my hometown of San Diego. I traveled the world to find the best beans possible, and with the help of my strong sniffing abilities, I came across the perfect mix of beans. I then finalized a tasty food menu to compliment my signature coffee recipe!
On the 6th Ave in the Gaslamp Quarter, our story began with owning this beautiful coffee shop. The motivation came from our love and passion for coffee and healthy bites. We add love and friendly customer service and welcome you to visit us in our new home Chiefy Cafe. Food and coffee were really good. I expected a sit down restaurant but it's more of a small place with a counter and seats outside. There was a good musician and they have dog treats on the patio so people
kept coming by grabbing treats for their dogs which was kind of a treat for us being dog lovers. The sandwich I got was really good. Bagel was soft and fresh. The coffee was really good too. I got the Mexican coffee and it was so yummy.

I'm in San Diego for work this week. Looking for my morning Chai, I stummbled upon this cute place and decided to give it a try! I'm SO glad I did! I ordered an iced chai and a ham amd cheese on a crossant. Very, very good. I'll definatly be back at some point before I leave town! The owners and staff are very friendly and I felt welcome right away!

Came cross this cafe while I was walking around downtown. They have 5 stars so I wanted to see if that’s true. I order the Turkey bacon croissant and a latte. I Have not had good food and drinks at the same time for years. On top of that the service was so good! Trust me try it out they are 5 stars.

We had an amazing breakfast at Chiefy Cafe this morning. Our lil puppo got some treats and water and we also got some treats and drinks. I had the veggie waffle with cream cheese. 10/10 would recommend putting the cream cheese all over the waffles and eating it like a sandwich. So delicious. I had the pumpkin chai which was so good. Not too sweet with strong pumpkin flavor. My boyfriend had the Bon Bon croissant which he devoured in one minute flat so it's safe to say it's delicious. He also had the protein smoothie which he described as "it was good. I liked it." The staff

My boyfriend and I were excited about trying this specific breakfast spot around here and were totally undermined by the bfast that we had to get another. There comes Chiefy Cafe! We got a Mexican latte and OMG caramel and OMG it was amazing! We also ordered a turkey, bacon, avocado bagel and we killed it even after having food at the other place that we no longer name. Such a quaint cafe in the heart of DTSD and a place we'll be coming back to again!

Such a cute and quaint little coffee shop in the heart of Gaslamp! Ordered their honey lavender latte and it was delicious. We didn't order any food, but what we saw looked incredible. Huge giant portions of freshly made waffle sandwiches and pastries... yum! The staff was really nice and helpful too.

Avocado toast was pretty bland and menu is clearly wrong. Thick cut bacon, toast on a croissant - both false. Weird vibe from this place in general, not sure why reviews are so positive.

Lovely breakfast stop in San Diego! My husband asked me what I was craving, and I said something like, "a place with good drinks and healthy food".
Chiefy Cafe was exactly that! We ordered the Lavender Mocha, Viennese, ham&cheese onion bagel, vegetarian croissant, and went back to add an açaí bowl. It was delicious!

Such a cute coffee shop in the heart of downtown San Diego! I love that this place is dog friendly. Brought our babe and our pup last Sunday on Halloween, and enjoyed some coffee and breakfast. We got the turkey bacon avocado sandwich on a bagel, and a side salad - which was really delicious! The bagel was soft and it was really filling. The salad was a nice touch, but you have the option to get chips instead. I got the mexicano latte and hubs got the viennese latte. I loved all the different spices and flavors in the mexicano, and it wasn't too sweet or overpowering. They gave our pup a little

Wonderful family-owned restaurant! The food is really high-quality for super reasonable prices. I love the vegan sandwich and the acai smoothie. The sandwich is piled high with fresh vegetables (including avocado) and the acai smoothie is very flavorful. I especially like that they didn't highly dilute the smoothie with ice - you get a lot of bang for your buck. This is a small storefront with about 10 tables outside.
